Review Dairi-o - Kernersville

Love this place! I haven’t eaten anything here that I haven’t liked! The customer service is always great. The line inside always moves quickly. The burgers are always tasty and fresh. Unfortunately they don’t have the bone-in wings anymore, those were so good. The spicy sauce on the chicken tenders is 🤤. I love their fries! Especially when they’re smothered in chili n’ cheese. We always share a banana split and it never disappoints 🙌.

Highly recommended! We stopped by for the first time and absolutely loved it! The burgers are delicious, and so are their fries. I wish I knew about them before, I would’ve stopped by sooner. This place was packed when we went, no wonder why! 10/10 👍🏻

Grew up on Dairi-O in King (the original) as a kid. Great dogs burgers fries and shakes. I did drive through because I was in a hurry. Took me back.

Stopped by for lunch, pretty simple order, but when I arrived home order was completely wrong. I went over my order three times, nothing complicated, no lettuce, no tomatoes. Staff here aren’t very friendly and appeared over worked or stressed by customer volume. With prices sky high these days, I’ll do business at locations who value customer satisfaction/experience.

The service is fast and the food is made to order. This place is very busy but don't let that deter you from coming! They move very quickly and I will be back again!

Unfortunately, I enjoyed my first bite so much that I forgot to take pictures to share! Have Driven by these restaurants many times and never took the leap. Let me just say, as far as "fast food " goes... This was above and beyond my expectations. Got the Chicken Gyro. Made my mouth and tummy HAPPY! From the warm, soft pita, to the spot on sauce and the flavourful chicken. Oh, Dairi-O... I think I am in Love 🥰

A year ago +, this place was great. We would go regularly, the food was great and so was the service. Over the past 5-6months it has steadily declined, to the point I don't plan on returning. The prices have increased (ok everything else had too), but price increases and poorer food and service. I keep leaving with all small drinks when I've ordered an adult meal & kids meals. Today I had a spot, like quarter sized spot of chili, & no slaw, on my burger, so the order keeps getting messed up. They're not filling up the fries bags, you're lucky if it's half full. And today suddenly you cannot add chili to a kids hot dog or lettuce to a kids burger. At this point it's just over priced McDonald's. Not sure if it's just this location, like a management issue or what, but it needs to be fixed. When issues came up the first few times I just brushed it off because we enjoy this place, but at this point the orders being off and everything is too consistent, it seems purposeful. You can call and complain about their mistake and they might offer to replace a piece of your meal at your next visit, but is it worth it..
