I ordered a double order of cheese sticks. Which should come with marinara sauce, right? I even ordered 3 extra cups of marinara sauce. When my order was received, I had ZERO marinara sauce. How about Pizza Hut actually give you want you order, this is not the first, second, or even third time this has happened. It happens basically everytime we order. The food was as expected minus the missing pieces

When ever I order my food I usually do it online. I go get our food they are very nice. They ALWAYS & I MEAN ALWAYS FORGET to put the garlic buttery blend on the pizza crust. Plus I've always loved pizza huts stuffed crust pizza but whenever I order the stuffed crust pizza here it seems like it's never fully cooked. Like it seems like it's always under cooked & it's like liquidy which upsets me so much cause I've always loved stuffed crust but, if I order there pasta, wings, breadsticks, dessert, drink, (sometimes) regular pizza it's cooked the way it should be. Just seems to sadly be the stuffed crust pizza. Other than that very good food.
(2/22) Update they've been getting better with cooking everything. The food & workers have improved alot also. (Oh, btw i heard they discontinued the garlic buttery blend that they put on the crust. Don't know if it's true but thought I'd let ya know.) THANK YOU!

They slacking. They said it would be 35min for my order .Took 55 min. I was told that there's only one oven and other excuses. Won't be back

We order pizza here quite often, and staff is friendly. In most situations the pizza is exactly ordered as requested, but they do miss toppings here and there. Does it ruin the pizza, generally no, but sometimes you really wanted jalapeños or some other topping on your pizza😅.

Friendly staff. Occasionally will be missing a topping, but the pizza here is consistent. Never burnt or undercooked. Always cooked just right. Better than domino's imo

Ordered 3 medium pizzas online. Drove to the store. Checked in through the app for curbside pickup. When I got to the store, the app said there was still 5 minutes until the order was ready. I waited the 5 minutes. The app said my order was ready. I then waited another 10 minutes and no one brought my pizzas to the car. I called the store and was told they were busy and that is why no one had brought them out. I had been sitting in the parking lot seeing that they were not busy and employees were just standing around talking to each other. I told the person who answered the phone this and my pizzas were then promptly delivered. The pizzas were made to order and tasted good. The customer service was not good tonight and then lying to cover up the poor customer service did not make the experience better. The food was good but the customer service could be better.
