Review Texas Roadhouse - Kenwood

The atmosphere was very friendly and the food was really good. The restaurant was really busy but not so busy that we couldn't get in a reasonable time. I got the grilled shrimp with some french fries and rice. And as always we definitely had to get the onion pedals. We also got a half rack of ribs but I missed the photo on that.😆

Pretty good place. My friend brought me here. I enjoyed it. Liked but not loved it. Will say it’s great for sporting events. My server was great. Really nice. Food was good and ample, especially the buns. I would go again for sure.

My recent visit to Texas Roadhouse left me with mixed feelings. While I was impressed with the brand new server, Erin, who performed admirably on her first day, I couldn't help but feel disappointed by the food, which fell short of the restaurant's usual standards. First, let's talk about the positive aspects of my experience. Erin, our server, was a bright spot in an otherwise underwhelming visit. Despite it being her first day on the job, she displayed professionalism and attentiveness. She had a warm and friendly demeanor, and her willingness to accommodate our requests was commendable. Erin's presence certainly added to the overall positive atmosphere of the restaurant. However, the disappointment came when our food arrived. Texas Roadhouse has built a reputation for its mouthwatering steaks and delectable sides, but this time, the quality seemed to have faltered. The steak I ordered was overcooked and lacked the tenderness I had come to expect from this establishment. The sides, too, were underwhelming – the mashed potatoes were lumpy, and the vegetables seemed overcooked and lacking in flavor. In addition to the food, the wait time for our dishes was longer than usual, which was surprising considering the restaurant was not particularly busy during our visit. In conclusion, while Erin's exceptional service showed promise for her future at Texas Roadhouse, the overall experience was marred by the disappointing quality of the food and longer wait times. I hope that this was just an isolated incident, as Texas Roadhouse has always been a go-to spot for quality steaks. I will give them another chance in the hopes of experiencing the exceptional dining they are known for.

Server Jacob was attentive, personable, and friendly. Food provided big bang for your buck. My $11.99 chopped steak was served with salad and fries. The kids mac and cheese meal was only $4.99. We also had a $13.49 grilled chicken bbq which was served with a side salad and backed potato. We also had the rattlesnake bite appetizer priced at $7.99 and i felt the portion size of app was well worth it. Dont forget they also have complimentary rolls with honey butter that is served at every table. The experience exceeded my expectations. 4 star for atmosphere was given as place was packed.

This location become much better and cleaner than before. Now it is clean place and have large parking lot. The food is cooked well. Service is good as well. The price like other Texas Roadhouses increase since last year. Decoration and music level are good as well.

I went to this Texas Roadhouse a couple months ago and it was extremely lively! The customer service was high quality! The food was very delicious! This Location was able to accommodate for our group of 12-14 people and serve us all efficiently! The staff also do a nice little dance number every so often and it’s a joy to experience!

I love steak in medium rare paired with buttered corn and seasoned rice. I’m back in Texas Roadhouse, my to-go steakhouse. I’ve been to a lot of Texas Roadhouse and this place is one of the better restaurants.

Great service they offer complimentary peanuts which are delicious I had the catfish dinner with rice and gravy and a salad it was fresh and seasoned to perfection the waitress was nice and the manager gave me a welcoming gift since it was my first time will definitely be back‼️

It was a nice place to take my granddaughter for her 14th birthday. A fun group of servers stopped buy and sang a fun birthday song personalized for her.

My wife & I are regulars at this particular restaurant. We've been to others in the chain, but the Kenwood location has the friendliest staff and consistently prepares our food to our liking. My wife enjoys the Sirloin while I am a Fillet kinda guy. And we always have too many of the warm, soft dinner rolls. As a bonus you should buy the gift package. It's full of gift cards and free items that will make your next visit more affordable. One day, Amber will wait on us....

Steak was was just okay 20oz Bone In was a lil flavorless and the waitress was a little “extra”...the Margarita was good! Too much salt in the batter of the fried pickles and onion bloom $80 down the drain. Didn’t wait long for a table or for the food though. May visit again 🤷🏽‍♂️.

Wow!! Had the worst experience here yesterday! First, it took us forever to get our first drinks. We waited for rolls, but the table by us got our rolls because they got them before they all even sat down. I had to get up from my seat to ask for a refill because after asking 3 times for one I got tired of waiting.. still had to wait another 15 minutes for one even after I asked for the manager.. they brought one n left it at the table beside us. Guess we weren't good enough for them to bring it to us. Also, I wasn't the only one needing a refill.. the whole table of 11 people needed one. That should tell you something. My sister ordered a steak well done.. it was pink inside. My dad ordered a porterhouse. They forgot to bring his salad and even his steak! After we asked for his steak they brought him a 8 oz sirloin! So that had to be redone.. me n my husband never got our side chili. My daughter had the wrong side. My brother literally only got like 6 tiny fries as his side! This is the first time I ever got so disgusted that I had to just tell them keep my food send it back and take it off my receipt!!! My sister brother and I didn't even get our refill till our plate of food was cold. Worst service! Never recommend the Kenwood location to anyone. What's so sad is we came here for a big birthday and retirement party and couldn't even enjoy it...

LOVE this restaurant!!! You MUST try there beef tips with mashed potatoes, mushrooms, and onions! It’s literally to die for!!!! The waitresses are always on point and very polite and helpful! You’re all doing a great job!!!! We have been and will continue to go to Texas Roadhouse in kenwood!

Love Texas Roadhouse. They have top rated servers and food always is delicious. Great price for a great meal!!!

Ariel was our server, and she was absolutely fantastic. She had a bubbly personality, very ontop of things, she never let our drinks run out. Wonderfully sweet and fun. Our appetizers came out quick and were perfect, all of our entrees were perfectly prepared and we didn't have to wait long for them at all. Fantastic experience through and through!

Used to love this restaurant but last few times have just been awful.. Server was good BUT my steak was wrong and NOT the first time this has happened .. but 40 minutes later still NO steak .. the manager finally brings the new steak and notices I had onions with it takes my old plate only to come back and tell me she is out of onions. So get this she will TAKE the Smothered charge off our bill a whopping 1.99 nothing off the steak .. that now everyone else has finished and I've sat so long I'm not even hungry anymore .. I'm disgusted.. I've never had such TERRIBLE customer service in my life .. very dissatisfied.. It will be a long time before I come back to this location if I ever come back !!

After having a very long grueling day 150 miles away from home we stopped here to eat and it turned our day around. Our food came out promptly and correct but the best part was our server Nikki. She had such a positive attitude and had a great work ethic to take care of and handle any of our needs! Thanks to her we had a good rest of our day! Thank you Nikki.

I would like to hear from a manager. I had a horrible experience last night. My whiskey was served in a dirty glass with wilted lettuce in it, my steamed veggies were still raw our waitress barely checked in on us and we waited almost 45 Just to get our salad

We had a great time! It was busy because it was a Saturday night, but we were seated promptly. Our server, Lexie, was amazing and she took great care of us! We had prime rib and porterhouse with ribs. They were absolutely delicious. We will be back again for sure!

Such a wonderful, happy family friendly place to have dinner!! Eat all the peanuts you want and no shame in all the peanut shells on the floor.. Love d it.. great prices too. �
