This was my first time at the cheesecake factory and the food was really good. The apps were good. Our server had a lot of patience with our party which was about 12 people. Will definitely go back and try the burgers. I will say look at the menu before going to the restaurant, it's less stressful. The menu is big and can be overwhelming when looking for something good to eat.
Food is very tasty, Ambience is nice, so many options for Non Vegetarian, Vegetarians. Serving is little bit slow but worth it, doesn’t really get message when you are waiting to be seated, followed up multiple times to get your reservation confirmed and table is assigned, waitress is good on receiving, greeting giving information about the food, will re visit definitely next time.
Late dinner on a Sunday night. Great service(had a really nice server) and good food. Ordered the salmon. The dinner portion was out so I was given the lunch portion at the lunch price. Didn't get the cheese cake this time. Was full from dinner.
Delicious food and cheesecake! Friendly service by Michael. Other families and friends surrounded us with positive vibes. First time experience for my parents and they loved it.
First time I’ve been to the Kenwood location in a while. It was exactly what you know and expect out of the Cheesecake Factory. Food was good and our server was excellent!
Me and my friend went there after a long weekend and to start off the host I didn’t get his name but was very friendly! We got sat with kaykay and her service was AMAZING she was very detailed and sold me a creamy tortilla chicken soup that was so delicious . Then she was attentive with refills despite a very busy restaurant it was just a great experience and I will definitely be back !!! Ask for Kay Kay for sure !

Jennellah and I went here on the spur of the moment. It's nothing like The Cheesecake Factory where Penny works! I was impressed with the architecture & layout of this establishment. You feel the elegance. Gaze up & view the surrounding artwork, columns, lines, and sculptures. You immediately feel the grandness. It screamed first class.We were under dressed; nobody seemed too notice. I felt I should have at least taken my mismatched socks off, and just wore the sandals. Really wasn't proper dress required but most people looked like it wasn't the spur of the moment idea for them. There is a takeout counter inside filled with 26 types of cheesecake. Now, take your time. It's a tough decision. We ate inside after being greeted by the reservation desk promptly. My Granddaughter ordered a special lemonade. Me? A White Russian, chicken quesadillas, pumpkin and a red velvet cheesecake (after all it is the season). The food and drink were amazing. Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. Service was superb with no waiting. The reason I only gave it a 4 star review were the prices. A little outrageous.
The waitress was nice. The cheesecake was amazing. I got the herb crusted salmon, and it wasn't the best. It looked nothing like the photo and was bland. I found it odd because it was very green in color.
The food is always reliably good. I've never understood the decor. Huge selection of food with something for everyone.
We went to celebrate my best friend's birthday and The food and service were excellent! I had the Parmesan Crusted Chicken - everything was flavorful and well seasoned. Our server was EXCELLENT! She took extra special care and consideration with our orders and was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Great experience overall! Parking is Trash 🚮 but the service is top tier! ☺️🤗
No complaints. Food was on point. The service was polite and friendly. My wife had some sort of salad, which she enjoyed. I had the Korean Fried Chicken with extra Kimchi. My meal was very good. Had the Bowl of Strawberries, they looked ripe but didn't taste ripe. 🤷 The whipped cream, however, was excellent.
Never disappoints! The multiple menus offer options for everybody, I highly recommend this place for big parties of people with variety of tastes. There are new healthier alternatives, to balance off the dessert ;) Besides the cheesecakes, their carrot cake is also amazing.
My first time going. Hour wait but the bar was open seating and they offered food as well. Big portions well worth the price.
I would have given a Perfect review but they ran out of Pumpkin Cheesecake. 😭 This was the one thing I was seriously looking forward to. Other than that, the service was Amazing, the food delicious and perfect. I was disappointed a $15 appetizer, the portion was very small, but it tasted wonderful! 💜 The Cheesecake was exquisite! There were 5 of us and we each got a different cheesecake so we could taste a variety! They were huge pieces and each one was scrumptious, delightful and just a piece of heaven! 😃. Please also go one YELP and get a reservation because otherwise it could be a long wait! Especially during the holidays. This place is expensive but worth every cent! Some people dress up but a lot of people don't....
