Santiago provided the greatest quality service for my family making our breakfast an amazing experience. The food came out in a timely manner exactly as we ordered. Santiago was very attentive before and after we received our food.
My experience at this IHOP was great! Especially my server Dacil! Was on point with recommendations due to my allergies. She delivered the food on time and checked up on me and my mother to see if we needed anything else. I was very happy with the food and the atmosphere. I'm planning on coming back
I hadn't been to IHop in decades and of course the menu had changed tremendously! But I was there for their Pancakes and Eggs and they didn't disappoint!! The service was excellent and the menu was Huge! The food was very tasty not the regular diner food but very very tasty! Very gratifying pro
Everything is great. The atmosphere, the food and the service. My last time there a waitress named Carolina gave me a very good service, she was very attentive. I hope to see her again on my next visit to IHOP
I went for breakfast today at a busy time and my waitress seem very busy at the time. But she came to us as soon as we sat down she was very pleasant and welcoming. Can’t remember her name daisy… daicil… but she was very helpful and took our Oder and food came out fast and hot.

55+ menu is good value for seniors. Many other options for vegetarians too. Food tastes fresh. Coffee is nice r that good and is too expensive. We prefer McDonald’s for much better taste and value

I love the Mexican Tres Leches Pancakes. I absolutely recommend them to people who either are first comers or wanna switch things up from their usual. Prices are quite reasonable too.

Everything is amazing from staff to food, never had an issue here. The ONLY issue I have with this location is that whenever I take my mom here for breakfast, (usually around 7-8am) they play the worst music. It's always classical and opera which are intolerable. Could barely hear myself think with

Good coffee. Pancakes always have the best texture. Waffles are super too. Very substantial sandwiches if you don't want breakfast. And a very good value for the senior's menu.
