Review New Beginnings Restaurant - Kentwood

If you are looking for a home style, family breakfast/lunch restaurant this is your place. I stopped in at breakfast time but really wanted a patty melt instead. I was pleasantly surprised when they said their entire me he is available all day. Diane provided exceptional friendly service. The food was hot and fresh. A very good party melt. I prefer a thinner burger patty and this was perfect.

Our server, Matt was above most servers we ever had. His greetings was bright and extremely polite. We are not "You Guys" as most servers greet. We, being husband and wife appreciate being addressed by "you folks" or "you two" or "How are you doing today" Thank you Matt for respecting us and being great at what you do. The food was great and coffee the best. Mostly prices have not been so elevated it makes one feel they should not go out to enjoy a meal. Thank you, New Beginnings. Merry Christmas to All.

I have loved new beginnings for a long time. However, one thing that I have noticed is a lot of times my Greek omelette ends up a little bit greasy after a time of setting for a few. This omelette was done so perfectly that there was no grease or water residue at all. My compliments to the chef. And as always the service was excellent.

I ordered the olive burger without the bun add extra veggies and cheddar cheese for a delicious low carb meal. Best olive burger I've ever had! 😋

Had breakfast this morning. Very happy I went here. My coffee stay refreshed. Very good service. Food was delicious. I personally had then biscuits and gravy with fried potatoes so yum, yum, yummy.. Thank you for your excellent service..

Slow service, not sure what was going on, not many people there at the time, it was 15 minutes before she stopped by. She got there just seconds before we were going to leave. The food is really good. Just a bad day for the server..

We always love coming here!!! The waitstaff and other employers are always happy you come and take great care of us. The breakfasts are always generous and the bacon is the best ever....anywhere!

I love this place everyone should give it a try in fact I'm going back again today with my mom and my aunt the food is really good they give really nice portions for the price service is always friendly and smiling and excellent there's nothing I can complain about with that with this restaurant at all just go there the sausage gravy is everything actually it's one thing I can't complain about I don't really like their pancakes they're not really fluffy enough for me but you guys can try them out they have waffles they serve breakfast all day well until 2:00 that's the only negative I see besides pancakes is that the place closes at 2:00 when they should stay open until at least 12:00 a.m. but I really like it everyone should give it a try great food good people great price

The omelette could have been bitter if they had use shredded cheese in instead of a slice of cheese on top. A good selection of jams for your. Service was good coffee cup never went dry. I would go back when I am in the area.

We had a great waitress, and the food came super fast and they were moderately busy. I was really happy with the taste of the food and the coffee. Price was pretty decent too. I always want to go back to this place. The decor is just as I remember it from years ago and other New Beginnings restaurants in other places too. This time they were very busy. Our waitress was also great and the food was just awesome! Try the omelettes. They're huge and sooo good.
