First and last time customer of Wendy's. My family is a big fan of their food, saying it's better quality than most fast food chains (like McDonald's or Tacobell). So I'm always hearing about how good it is, and the deals they offer.. Well, I decided on a whim to see if they really are that good. Long story short, they're not. I got the $5 Big Baggie meal (because like most people I'm on a budget) but I was very disappointed by the rubbery meat, lack of flavor, and cold fries. I even subbed the drink for a melon lemonade, and added a cookie. The drink ended up being too gross to consume as it was just regular lemonade mixed with a cup of strawberry syrup which settled to the bottom, and was not "mixed" in. The cookie was over baked so it was too hard to chew. The meal ended up in the trash with my money. The only takeaway from my experience is that I can finally tell my family they have terrible taste. 😂

The quality of the food is just so so. I always order door dash from there but I will NEVER be ordering again. Not only have they messed up my orders several times in the past but today I ordered a taco salad and have to throw it in the trash. They didn’t put the chili in the bag and I’m not able to go back and get it. The whole point of the taco salad is the chili. So now I’m still hungry and wasted a perfectly fine salad.

This Wendy's is quite possibly the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I came here with my girlfriend's brother and the service and food was awful. The guy behind the register looked like he did not even work there. He didn't have a Wendy's shirt on or anything else signifying he actually worked there. Not to mention, he was extremely rude. And once we got the food it wasn't even warm. Most disappointing experience at a fast food restaurant.

I don't know what is going on with this Wendy's location. They're constantly out of salads. I was greeted at the drive thru with an almost unintelligible grunt of ..."go ahead...order". When I got to the window it took like 5 minutes then the guy hands me the bag and says "thanks". I could see inside there were a bunch of people in line. I would go to the opposite side of town to a different Wendy's just to avoid this place.

For the umpteenth time, I've gotten the wrong order. Even today, I ordered a Biggy Bag, which consists of a bacon double stack, five nuggets and a beverage. I understand that I modified my order by asking for the cheese to be removed, but in removing the cheese they also removed the bacon. I love bacon. Imagine my dismay saving my burger for last just to find that it's not my sandwich. To their credit, the boy at the window was relatively nice. He was prompt with our food and drinks and apologetic about my beverage. So, not an absolutely condemning experience.

Literally the worst customer service from any wendies I have ever been to. Completely messed up my order, sent me other peoples food, and refused to accept any responsibility for what happened and tried to just blame other people.
Please shop elsewhere. Other wendies with actually competent employees and management are near here and will treat you significantly better.

Place was clean. My jbc was cold. Kids enjoyed the frosty and nuggets. Disappointing to pay such a premium for fast food that was only mediocre.
