The worst food we have ever had! I am pretty sure there was something put in our burgers when i questioned the 30 min. wait due to their policy of Doordash, but received 20 raw on one side, and burnt on the other side burgers. We couldn't even choke the food down, but gave some to my dog who was violently sick throwing up the entire nite. I still have the burgers trying to decide if I should have them tested or look into this further...

My husband and I went through the drive thur before heading out fishing. It has been years since I have eaten at White Castles. I use to love the chicken rings ,but they are not good anymore. They taste like the flour was raw and our fries could have cooked a little longer as well. White Castles is a thumbs down 👎 for me.

The dining room was closed (and might be permanently) but no worries at all. The drive thru was fast and the order was correct. If you love White Castle… this is obviously your spot right off the interstate.

The service was great and as much food as I ordered it came out quick and fresh the only thing is I didn't receive any condiments for dipping so don't forget to ask for dipping sauce

Terrible customer service. The man in the store looked at us and continued cleaning the grill as if we were not there in the drive thru. . The open signs were on, the store website said it was open. We called the store from the drive thru without answer (and left a message about our experience). If he didn’t want to work, he could have at least answered and said (lied) the store was closed. Very very disappointing. Here is a photo of the man with the poor work ethic and lack of customer service skills.

They are usually under staffed but always worth the wait. We drive about 25-30mins to enjoy the food once every few months. Always hot, fresh, and delicious!!!

Not sure about they hype of White Castle. The burgers are good, fries are OK, and the chicken rings not so good. Overall no better than other fast food restaurants. To be fair this particular restaurant did provide me good service.

Had to drive 3 hours (one way) because this was the closest White Castle. My wife got to enjoy it for the first time. It was a great experience, but the drive thru attendant could use some customer service refresher courses. All around, good experience, just wish there was one closer to home.
