Wendys is awesome. Daniel M is friendly and helpful when I cant decide what to eat.
Not only did I go there very close to clothes because I got off close to their closing. But they made my food fresh brought it out to my car and that chicken sandwich was amazing and I hate fast food so for me to like it that's a big deal. I really appreciate all the people who work hard for barely any money. Because when I needed it and didn't have time to go home and cook you were there and the food tasted great thank you for being a great team who makes customers smile

DELICIOUS! We ordered the Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger Combo and the Dave's Combo, plus one Wendy's kids meal. The fries are very good and the burgers taste fresh the bourbon burger has crispy onions and that bourbon sauce was Devine. Customer service 5 stars and food 5 stars. We Ordered to go. Place looks very clean.

Service at this location is pretty bad. If your walking in and need to use the restroom first before ordering you cannot sadly, hold it in and place your order then let them know you gotta use it because restrooms are for paying customers only. don’t forget to bring a fly swatter while your at it, flies at this location are a thing sadly. Secondly, I find it extremely unprofessional when you have almost a full kitchen crew outside hanging out together whether it be on break or just because it’s “slow” when there are actually customers in drive thru waiting to order and you gotta wait for them to return to their positions… need i say more… this location really needs some improvement in services.
UPDATE: since then was skeptical of returning for a quick snack for my sister and myself, the store has definitely gone through a renovation. Atmosphere was clean and the service was so great this time around I am happy to say it’s gone from the last bad review to one of the better places to return to now. I would update my information to 4 stars mostly because there’s always room for improvement. Thank you Wendy’s for making your customers feel more appreciated and thank you for your service as well.
Food can sometimes miss but usually good or better. Very fast service and I have only ever had one bad experience with the staff. And even then it was just mediocre but the manager was phenomenal. My order of fries came out really bad and she fixed it for me fast and easy. I would recommend this Wendys

Jason was working the window. He did his best to become personal with me and maintain his work. This has been the first I've seen this level of care in the fast food industry through a drive through window.
I just wish they were actually open at 6:30 as I sit here in the parking lot and watch employees show up at close to 7:00 a.m.. I love you guys with somebody better we sent their alarm clock.
This was one of the best Wendy's I have been to in a long time. Service was great cleanliness was great employes were friendly and helpful
Wendy's has always been one of our favorite fast food places. You might wait a little longer than some of the other places, but the food always tastes way better than the competition. Wish we still had two locations in Kennewick.
I love Wendys, we din't have one in Walla Walla so we go there when i Tri Cities, good as always!!

I usually don't like going to any fast food places because of the RUDE people who work there. I stopped in this Wendy's just to get a bite.
Placed my order with a very Polite young man. While I was waiting..I saw a big pic of a drink that looked really good. So I said to this very nice young man wow that looks really good..he asked if I would like to try it. I Saud no that's ok..he says I won't charge you..

It was a great meal I went and bought a homeless man and myself a biggie bag the staff was amazing
