Ordered online, no major issues. Bout like I expected. Only issue I have is: why ask how many hot sauce packets? Asked for 15x Diablo and 15x Fire. Got 12 & 10 respective.

I must say, this specific Taco Bell is pretty on point. Ate in, food was made quick and order accurate, quality of each item was above expectations. Tacos were properly loaded, shells not wet or stale, burritos made with proper ingredient distribution. Been quite a while since I've seen this performance or quality in a Taco Bell anywhere, and as an airline pilot, I've seen a few Taco Bell's.

I’ve been craving Crunchwraps during my pregnancy like crazy and have had several in the last couple weeks from around the Tri-Cities. Today I visited the Taco Bell off Plaza in Kennewick and I have to say, it’s the best, tastiest and freshest Crunchwrap I’ve had in AGES!!! Really, really blown away and felt like I got my money’s worth, too! Thanks for making my day! Keep up the great work!
