The new al pastor chicken is delicious with a decent kick..
I also throughly enjoyed that once the line was empty, the employees started cleaning the counters right away. Didn't wait on a boss to tell them.. thank you for what you do!

This was the first time my wife and I tried their food. We had driven past it for months, but finally gave in. We were not disappointed. We both ordered a burrito. The food was hot and fresh. The burrito was huge. Couldn't finish it. The service was very fast and friendly. The restaurant was clean and cozy. Looking forward to the next time. Go eat, enjoy.😁

I love the environment of this Chipotle. I always have a great experience. There is a girl that works here that makes my day. She remembers me and it's always a delight to see her during my lunch break. The food always hits the spot as well!

Chipotle has yet to let me down. They are quick, kind and their food is always a hit. I highly recommend this place! I find it reasonably priced for the amount of food you get. I usually have leftovers myself so I get 2 meals out of it. This location is very clean, fast paced, and hospitality driven. Thank you! 😊 You have a happy customer.

The food was good. They have great vegan options. I was sad they didn't have the vegan sofritas that day, but it all tasted good and they made our food fast. Ordering online is great for road trips--you can customize your order however you like and then just stop on your way and pick it up! Very fast and convenient!

Love going to Chipotle!! I go their every time I visit tri-cities and I've always finished my food. Just wish they didn't run out of queso from time to time. I will never get tired of eating at Chipotle. Fantastic food. Little expensive, but will still get food from there.

I’m truly looking forward to a Chipotle near me here in Richland. This Chipotle is Kennewick is delicious. The staff is always so happy and friendly. The assembly line they got going is pretty good. Place is always clean and very well stocked on utensils and napkins. Food is always fresh and never ever disappointing.
