Popped in to the Clearwater/Columbia Center Blvd shop around 10:10am without checking on the hours. Walked up to the door and gave it a wiggle…darn! Closed. The manager spotted me and quickly opened the door and explained they didn’t open til 11, but to come in and she would get me taken care of.
What she didn’t know is I was picking up a lunch tray for the Trios cancer treatment and infusion center. The staff at that hospital had treated my mom with such care we wanted to express our gratitude with a nice thank you card and some Jimmy John’s lunch on us.
This Jimmy John’s manager totally made my day. Sure, I would have sat there for 45 minutes and waited, but her cheer and kind hearted service was a rare example of what kind of people you may bump into around our community.

Staff is super friendly, my sandwich is always made correctly! I don't see the point in the rewards system however. Getting a cookie every other week when I come here for lunch habitually is kinda a slap in the face after the initial free sandwich I got for signing up. Save yourself the time at checkout and don't bother. It slows the checkout process down.

Good for served quickly. I've never really had to stand in line here but the place always has people in it.
Get a pickle but make sure it is halves or quartered eating a whole fist full of pickle makes you look like a maniac.

I went through the drive threw last Saturday. Jimmy John's didn't open for another 10 minutes. Ginger answered the speaker and said they weren't open, but she would be happy to take our order. She was smiling when I greeted her at the window. I think Ginger should be recognized for her beyond and above attitude! Thank you Ginger for the GREAT customer service. Much appreciated in this time of chaos.

Always fast and friendly service. You can tell the staff aren't simply going through the motions, they're laughing and joking and create a generally good atmosphere that other fast food places completely lack.

I ordered delivery, and they dropped off my veggie sandwich with meat in it. I called the store, she apologized profusely and immediately sent out another one with an extra bag of chips and a cookie with a sticky note that said "we are so sorry :)" fantastic customer service, and good food to boot!

I had a great experience! Great food but even better service. I had this delivery man, Sergio, who brought my food ten minutes faster then it was supposed to be there and was the nicest guy. Completely made my day, will definitely order from them again!
