Starbucks

I was not a customer here the other day, rather I was called to go fix a piece of equipment. However, I did have a cuppa while I was there and the staff were all helpful and kind. Especially the young lady who volunteered to stay late after closing so I could finish up that night instead of having to return the following day. This demonstrated to me that the employees at this particular location actually care about people. That attitude bleeds over into work, life, pretty much everything. I wish there were more people in retail/service industries like her. Kudos!

Hate to say it , but it's a Starbucks. If you have been to one you know what its like. They are all for the most part the same. That's not a bad thing but it doesn't exactly showcase any creativity in decor. That being said the service at this location is always fast and super friendly. I give this location a 4 out of 5 stars. Keep up the good service guys!

Excellent, efficient, and swift service! The barista helped me with my drink selection and made it perfect! I love pumpkin flavored drinks during the fall. Normally I feel pressured and rushed at starbux so I order something common like caramel mach. But despite the long line of people, this barista helped me without holding the line up which is a great skill Haha.

I had a horrible experience at the Starbucks located at 7600 W Clearwater Ave in Kennewick the other day, I was treated so awful by the manager and the baristas at that location that I planned on NEVER going to another Starbucks again anywhere but after driving off empty handed from that location I went to this location on Canal to see how much they would charge me for the same drink Not only did they charge me the correct amount I was blown away at how friendly the staff was, the minute I pulled up to order I was greeted with a friendly good morning, than asked about my day by the sweetest woman named Cindy, when pulling up to the window she Engaged with me and held a friendly conversation with me the whole time I waited for me drink, she made me feel like I was special and like she cared for me personally and like I was their #1 priority All the employees at this location since my first visit have provided beyond wonderful customer service, they even gave me my drink for free after learning of my horrible experience at the other location and even apologized for the other locations behavior even though they had nothing to do with it. Just amazing and above boards I could not ask for better service, it’s completely out of my way but now I will only come to this one, NEVER the one on Clearwater even though it’s so close to my house. I rather drive the 15 mins out of my way every morning at 6am just for the amazing customer service, Starbucks almost lost my business but this location saved our relationship Best customer service I’ve ever experienced hands down!
