I’ve always had an issue with the service at all the BWW. I don’t see much of the waitress or waiter. But when I do they’re wonderful. Definitely stop by for happy hour. The deals are good.

I've always been happy with the service, the atmosphere and the wings. But some of the sauces have changed just enough that we really aren't huge fans of the wings anymore. Not sure what's changed but it's noticeable. The chicken sandwich, however, is probably the best chicken option right now.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant recently, and I must say that the customer service was exceptional. The staff was not only friendly but also incredibly responsive, making sure our dining experience was top-notch. They struck a perfect balance between checking on us and giving us the space to enjoy our meal.
As for the food, the fried pickles were absolutely delicious, and their buffalo sauce was a perfect complement. The brisket tacos were a delightful choice, and I couldn't get enough of the spicy passion fruit margarita with jalapenos – it was truly amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant for a great dining experience!

I dropped in to watch my Astros vs. Twins. As always, I get lots of love from the locals about this. I ordered the Chicken Ceasar Salad with Ceasar dressing on the side but got it with heavy dressing instead. I was on a lunch break and didn't want to waste time getting it redone. Without asking for anything, the lady behind the bar had them remake me a second salad to go. I was quite surprised by that. So, thanks for taking the initiative to make sure I enjoyed my meal. It took them quite a while to make my food, but the waiting staff was on top of that and consistently provided updates. When my food came out they surprised me by doubling it at no cost to me. Excellent service.

I was pleasantly surprised. Since ive moved to tri cities, I've had one bad experience after another in the restaurants here. Dirty filthy places I get sick from, like red Robin, etc., really bad food in supposed nice restaurants with high prices. Even though this place had high prices too, they do have early bird specials that are a decent deal and a buy one get one wings limited time. Food was hot, fresh and sauces had flavor. The best part was the service. I had a female waitress and she was the best. The place was clean, had sports tvs everywhere and generally really nice atmosphere. I don't usually like rock music and it was too loud but it fits the kind of place it is. It was easy to overlook due to pleasant atmosphere, good waitress. There were no booths but tables and chairs were clean and sturdy, nice. I'll come back for early bird specials next time.

Happy hour isn't all that bad here. The regular fare isn't tip top, but during the happy hour, or the daily specials it's good. The cauliflower was pretty good.

I love the variety of wings!!! There delicious and fun!! The atmosphere is really fun and great for sport nights! Good variety of beer, big screens everywhere!! Not a quiet environment more for lots of fun and watching sporting events or beer drinking contests with your friends!!!
