Red Lobster

If I could rate people one to five separately I would. I called Red lobster to speak with Nate because he is a general manager so I can reserve my spot of at least 10 people for 7:00 p.m. on my son's birthday. I get there I had cancellations so it was only six people.. I had a young lady by the name Sam and I forgot the other girls name but she was nice, they looked in the computer they looked in their notebook thing and could not find my name or reservation. I was told that it is the young lady's fault for messing with the computer. I'm still not sure how it was her fault instead of Nate's fault. Instead of coming to talk to me like the general manager normally should, I believe she is a manager.. her name is Alex. She made the night 10 times better than I'm assuming any general manager could 🤝🏽 She apologized multiple times for the inconvenience and they sat me ASAP. I had a server come to my table at least 10 times to make sure everything was okay and apologize as well. Alex even came back up to me to apologize at the end of our dinner. They sang Happy Birthday to my son who (turned 12 and loved it). So I'm grateful that there is a manager there who can handle a situation like that since the general manager walked right past us to go home and not say anything before he left 😒 besides that I'm giving five stars to the ladies who took care of us! 👏🏽 Five stars to the guys who came out to sing to my son👏🏽 & 5 stars to the chefs!👏🏽

It was Great to see a working manager “Britney” on the floor helping the team and not just sitting in the back driving blind. Giselle was our waitress and she was a vibe all by hers self the energy and positivity she brought was undeniable. Food was great. Wife and I came for anniversary dinner 14 years together Jeffrey & Angie

A casual Red Lobster experience, to be expected. However, there was NO crab for Crabfest! Not a crab leg one! But, the staff was outstanding in trying to help us make substitutions. The food was good (Endless Shrimp) as were the flavored lemonades. Even though not having any crab was a bummer, I still have to give kudos to the manager and our server for trying to make a kid's birthday special.

OMG!! NEVER have I ever given any restaurant a 💯! But I must say..first the place was very clean! Love that! Then very friendly greeting, Quick service, and my server..she was freaken AWESOME! Then the moment of TRUTH..the food.. OMG!! UNBELIEVABLE!! I truly have never had a better meal at any restaurant in my life! Yes I have eaten at Red Lobster before..many times. But this today..went WAY beyond any of my expectations!! So from 1 - 10 I give this a 10+!! Thank you people at Red Lobster..you can surely count on me coming back..again..an again..an again!! And a special thanks to the Mgr..I didn't get to meet, but I thank him/her for the deal.. Joni Leininger Always a customer!
