Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Drove up little bit of a line no problem. Until they made a couple cars pull over and take their orders. This happened to us and we were in a bit of a hurry. Cars that pulled in five minutes after us got out quicker than we did. You don’t pull people over and make them wait longer than others. There’s a reason it’s fast food.

It’s okay. Maybe it’s just this particular location. I ordered the sandwich combo with no lettuce and a large sweet tea. My sandwich has so much cane sauce on it, that I can barely eat it. I’ve literally been sitting here for ten minutes now scooping out the sauce just so I can eat some of my food. And in doing so, now my fries are cold. Not a happy guy right now. I worked fast food whenever I was younger and because of food cost and taste issues, there is a certain amount of everything that you put into making the food, so that it tastes good, and looks good. This is a mess. And I myself, am not impressed!

Food is okay. The way they take orders makes no sense. They are NOT Chick-fil-a, so having someone stand outside to take the orders then still have to pay at the window makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE. Orders are always messed up because when they take the order, it's not like they have a device like Chick-fil-a where they are keying in your order as you say it. You say your order then they get on the walkie-talkie to tell the person that will take your payment. Like I said, ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE because orders are ALWAYS WRONG. This place used to be good, but I rather drive to the one on Airline in Metairie now. The night crew is also horrible now. A bunch of young kids with horrible work ethic.
