Pricing is about average for the area. Portions are well above average in size. Pictured is the Chicken Fried Steak with mashed potatoes and onion rings.
If you're looking for a laid back place to get some grub, maybe as drink, and kill some time...this place is great. Don't expect cuisine though. Good Texas style food but not chart topping. Ordered my N.Y. Strip medium rare and came out rare which is better than overdone but definitely have had better Choice cuts than that. Music volume is perfect and song choices are easy to listen to. Staff is friendly and attentive. All things considered, I would frequent this place if I lived near by.
Labor day 2015- One of the best CFS I've had in a long time. Grilled asparagus is great. Burgers brought out to other customers looked good. Great atmoshere. Good friendly service. This will be our new stop on the way to the beach.
consideration for the cooks and servers!!!! this place is 4 star, remember this is the only happening place within 60 miles either direction and it is right smack in the eagle Ford shale so they cater to oil field workers and they are many....LIVE MUSIC, FULL BAR, COLD BEER, GOOOD FOOD! ES TODO! LIFE IS GOOD GOD IS GREAT!!!
