My life would be empty without Country Life in Keene, NH. There are no other vegan options in the immediate area and I love the foods and service provided. The staff members have become my friends as well. The attention and work put into the daily preparations is exemplary!

This is a fantastic place to visit. If your looking for some real fresh home cooking that's vegan, delicious and healthy then this is the "Must Stop Here" place. There are certain times for different dishes on their web site. But when you come in it's buffet style and you are charged by the weight. I would say it's a fair price for real healthy fresh home cooked food. And they don't gouge you on the dessert either like most places do. For the quality of the dessert I had (which not many could compare) I think it was all a fair price. The staff here (or owners, not sure) are just super super friendly and are ready for any questions you may have about the food. You feel like you have just been welcomed in to someones real home kitchen, no kidding. If I lived here I would be here all of the time. It's a real relaxed casual atmosphere. Nothing fancy just cozy home like. I not only enjoyed their food but the hospitality was a whole additional part that made the experience wonderful. There were plenty of regulars here and I can see why. A must try is their vegan cheese cake. It was just scrumptious. It was just freshly made and it was not the frozen kind to keep it together. I don't know if this had a cashew base or what but the texture was so much like a regular cheese cake and with that real cheese cake flavor too. Besides some berries, they also had their own whip cream to put on it. Can't say enough about that either. I remember it was almond and coconut based. Even if your just looking for a real good vegan dessert treat then just stop in for that. You will love it. I know I will be back here every time I'm in this area for vacation from now on. A BIG thumbs up !

If you've ever had a bad experience with vegan food (as it is easy to do terribly if you don't know what you're doing), this place can help shed some new light on how vegan food should taste. It was delicious!!

A great vegan and gluten free restaurant. There is a portion pay by weight and a salad and soup bar that is pay by the plate. The owners are incredibly nice and authentic.
Food is delicious, people are super friendly and nice, restaurant is clean and neat, prices are very reasonable, atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the best thing is no masks required!
