By far the cleanest establishment I’ve seen. Very impressive. You can see into the open kitchen which was very clean. All employees wearing gloves and looked well-groomed.
Girl at the counter didn't have a clue what was going on when she took my order. I even tried saying something before my order got messed up.

Outside looks old, but that's where my complaints end. Inside is clean, well-lit, and modern. Staff are helpful, neatly dressed, giving and polite. Chicken & root beer are as awesome as I can ever remember. And the 50's-era music is clear yet not too loud. Great experience!

Got to the front they gave me a whole different price for my order and it wasn't even my order. I told them it wasn't me and they argued with me.I was the only one there. It was a online order! I left quickly.
This place has been changing frequently the past year or two with staff. I can now go back to KFC/A&W without the feeling of waiting 35min and having my food still be incorrect. Since the renovation, waiting has been short and food has been accurate.
Has a pretty good variety of food, fairly inexpensive. The KFC part of the place is more allergy friendly. If you love A&W root beer, be sure to order the half gallon (it's an off the menu item), it's even better than the other stuff!
Food was made quickly and effectively, and employee was helpful in finding out the price of an item. Our cinnabon biscuits were made perfectly and were delicous. The drinks are a little overpriced in my opinion, but all was good
