Store permanently closed as of today due to a fire. I guess their meats were a little too hot to handle. Sucks I wanted to have lunch here today too

I went through the drive thru and ordered the Rueben Meal with crinkle fries. The server was very surly. The sandwich was supposed to be served on marble rye bread, but when I got back to my office to eat, I found it was on some kind of whole wheat bread, no marble rye to be found. Also, I was given curly fries. I tried to call to let them know, but no one answered. Really disappointed.

This place is a joke. We are truck drivers and we were patiently waiting outside and had to call the lady inside to gain entry at 10 am. Once we were inside they had literally nothing ready I mean nothing. Didn’t even have the tips on the pop machine. Lady walked by and looked at us 3 I say 3 times and never even tried to take our order. So guess what….we left, Wendy’s it is my boy. Maybe y’all need to be a little more accommodating to the people who move America.

Part of the order was not included but on the bill. Fries were cold. Sandwiches were decent but not the best I've had from other Arby's.

I went to Arby’s on January 5th, 2021 at around 4:30 PM and the service was good! The food was good and delicious! I’ve never had any food poisoning yet from this place and I go there a lot, which means they are doing great of handling food! The Clay County mask mandate is always there and they always follow the mandate rules! I forgot to say “Plain” on my chicken sandwich, so we went back to the drive-thru and the wait wasn’t too long! Once we arrived to the window, I talked to the person at the window about the plain chicken sandwich and they had to remake it without anything on it! When I got it, it was plain! And they apologized about the chicken sandwich, which is still professional! Since I didn’t say “Plain”, the star rating does not affect, it will stay at a 5 star! They always wear masks while working and I like that and I think they wash hands after customer interaction which is good! If you are concerned about COVID, you are still safe from the workers because they always wear masks! Here a pro tip! Make sure you check your receipt before leaving because it could be a wrong order. If you see a wrong order on your receipt, go back to the drive-thru and go to the window about your mistake you just saw on your receipt! I’d still recommend going to Arby’s! Since I didn’t say “Plain”, I’d still say a 10/10 would recommend go to Arby’s and here are the photos attached down below!

We just had the craziest experience ever here. We ordered a bunch of food from the drive thru... We order from the drive through frequently here. When I go through a drive thru, I am not expecting stellar customer service, or to make new friends. I expect to order my food, hopefully the person taking my order gets it right, hopefully the person bagging my order gets it right...and you hand me my food. If the window person is smiling, or says 'thank you' that's a nice bonus. On this occasion, when we got to the window to pick up our food a girl with very short hair handed us our food. My wife quickly checked the contents and realized we were missing an item. As she started to tell the gal...the gal said 'would you like any sauces?' My wife said 'yes, but we are missing and item.' The employee raised her voice, and in an extremely rude and disrespectful tone said 'I DIDN'T ASK YOU IF YOURR ORDER WAS COMPLETE..I ASKED YOU IF YOU WANTED ANY SAUCES!' We just sat there in disbelief, my wife was speechless. I, however responded with 'Excuse me..but as a customer shouldn't we be able to let you know that our order is incomplete?' To this she slammed the window shut and stormed off. No sauces, no missing item. Fortunately a gal a bit older came to the window...apologized, and got the missing item. I realize that covid has made it nearly impossible to recruit decent workers...but FFS, this gal had no business dealing with the public, fellow employees or anyone. If any business is so desperate that you have to employ nasty, bitter, and corrosive employees like her...honestly, you should consider closing the doors permanently.

Obviously they pick and choose when they will allow dine in and carry out orders. Thanks for not supporting anyone that doesn't want taco bell across the street. I think you guys are the ONLY place in America who still shuts down the dining room. I go to LA every week and I can go into ANY place with a mask on. I think you're taking the whole "lazy and I'd rather not work" to a whole new level of stupid.

Forgot a sandwich with delivery, waited 35 minutes after calling to let them know. Called again and they apologized and said sorry they are on their way. I had them pick up the food and refund after 40 minutes of waiting, freaky fast!
