Burger King

While our food was acceptable, our customer service was not. Whoever was taking our order kept saying "is that all" after everything we ordered. We also ordered 2 8 piece mozzarella sticks and got 2 4 piece. We caught that mistake right away when we looked at the receipt, but didn't notice they hadn't given us any marinara sauce until we had driven off. Had to go back for that. We will never go back to this Burger King. I don't care how busy you are , there is no excuse for being rude and rushing the customer. More training is obviously necessary. You can definitely tell when no care went into making your sandwich. Chicken sandwich, no lettuce, add onion. I think there is mayo on it, but can't tell for sure.

My Grandson and I stopped through the drive-thru for an after practice snack. There were several cars a head of us, but the line moved quite quickly. I was surprised as it was between 6 and 7 PM. The food was good and we were able to eat at a good price by taking advantage of their buy 1 get the 2nd one for just $1.00. The gal at the window was very pleasant.
