I had an order delivered from door dash... I ordered the Italian sub. My sandwich was missing half the ingredients and there was hardly any meat on the sandwich. I ended up driving to Firehouse to see if they would remake my sandwich. While waiting in line I observed an employee picking her nose then putting on gloves and continue making food. Apart from that every employee working really needs to take a class on personal hygiene. Not only did they appear dirty but you could tell that their uniforms had not been washed for several days. I ended tossing my sandwich and leaving. Restaurants needs to meet some minimum standards when you work in the food industry and Firehouse does not come close to meeting the bare minimum. I will never be able to eat at a firehouse again .

Food has been good for me but the past couple times I've went it's like a 30 minute wait to get a sandwich. There was 3 people working and 4 customers waiting, One was a guy from Doordash and no orders on the rapid pickup tray. Seems like even when they are slow there's a 20-30 minute wait. You could about order then go sit down and eat somewhere else and then come back and maybe it will be ready. Haven't had any issues with the food, usually very good but Needs management or something, people are waiting in cars and just walking out with random orders because the wait is so long.

Worst pickup order ever. We have ate here a few times but this was horrible. We took one bite of our sandwiches and threw them away. The soup tasted old and bland, one sandwich had no sauce and no cheese, the other was soggy and had old lettuce, with no cheese. The meat tasted funny…..gross. I would not recommend this location.

Firehouse subs had great service and really helped us out with a food donation. We were running across the country for young adults with cancer and had an amazing lunch thanks to their generosity!!

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Service is quick and they've NEVER got my order wrong. Dining room is always fairly clean with the exception of tables in use obviously but they are quick to clean them and the drink station area frequently.
**For a person newly diagnosed with Celiac Disease I was heartbroken I could no long indulge in their subs BUT with the new addition of the schär brand GLUTEN FREE roll, (which tastes fantastic by the way) I can now enjoy my favorite sub shop in town again!

Called a couple times to place a pickup order but nobody answered. I drove to the store because I thought they were busy. When I arrived there were only 2 people in the store. I was greeted with glares instead of the usual “welcome to fire house”. I love firehouse but the staff is very lacking.
