This is my 3rd visit in the last 2 months and the 3rd time I have received soggy not fresh bread. I made sure at the register to specifically ask for FRESH bread. After my order was placed I immediately noticed that bread was set on the counter for both of my meals immediately following. I sat at the counter and waited and they asked me if I needed anything else. I told them that I wanted to make sure that bread was fresh and they told me they made it right before I came in. Roughly five minutes later we received our meals and I then confirmed at my table been the bread was indeed soggy and not hot or even warm. I took it to the counter and asking very politely if I could please get fresh bread. I decided to write this review in that moment and as I was taking the picture of the bread you see attached I was confronted by an employee asking if there was a problem. I let her know that this is my third time experiencing this and that I'm writing a review now that I know that this is a consistent occurrence. She then told me that I didn't need to be rude as I waited for fresh bread to be made. They only gave me two slices but I ordered two meals as you can see on the receipt. Apparently they didn't feel that the guest that I brought with me needed fresh bread as well.

Typical fast-food version of Italian pasta fare. Recommended if you want something with just enough spice to have flavor, but nothing too challenging. Food is frequently made to order, so patience is required, but it pays off.

First, the guy couldn't get my order correct in the drive-thru so I had to order at the window. He kept adding items I didn't ask for to my order and tried to charge me. Second, I didn't receive my receipt with my order so I went inside to get it. The guy that took my order told me he threw it away and didn't understand why I wanted my receipt. While he was re-printing my receipt, I noticed another guy in the back making garlic bread. He was touching the food with his bare hands. I will NOT be returning to this place... unprofessional and unsanitary!

Salad was slimy and very wilted, told employee and they replaced it. Employee said they hadn't gotten around to making fresh ones. Food was bland and didn't seem fresh, wasn't thoroughly hot. The only decent thing here was the bread, but wasn't even "unlimited" as many have told me.

This is in reply to the review made by Justin K. I happend to be in Spaghetti Shop at the time of his experience. The first time he complained about the bread the employee immediately apologized and said he would fix the problem. Justin sat back down. Then he went to the counter a second time and was rudely complaining. He sat back down. The third time he got up and went to the counter and was being loud, rude, and obnoxious I knew that he was either showing out for his female companion or trying to bully the cashier into giving him the meal for free. I was there eating also and nothing was wrong with said bread. The fourth time he started to the counter another employee stepped in and politely asked if she could help him. He became very rude with her. She then calmly but firmly explained to justin if he wanted fresh bread straight from the oven that he would have to give the bread time to go through the oven. To justin I would like to say that the problem wasnt with the bread or the employees but with your attitude.

A cute little place in the same building as Taco John's which actually puts out pretty decent Pasta! Definitely get garlic bread with whatever you end up getting. But if you are in Kearney and are wanting something different than the usual fare, PLEASE give Spaghetti Shop a chance! I don't think they will disappoint. Yes, it's in a bit of a weird location, in a weird building with a weird partner in business. This doesn't mean that the store can't put out decent food. Definite recommend in the Kearney Area.

Just got home from ordering the sampler at the drive through. Seems they can’t complete an order properly as I had no Alfredo sauce on my Alfredo noodles. Since I live 15 miles away I am not making another trip in to have it righted. People, check your order, make sure it’s right before you leave the establishment. One star may be one too many.
