Barista's Daily Grind

Oh gosh I love this place! Why would you go to any corporate coffee place when this is in town? The vibe is adorable, I love the chess table, and all of the employees are incredibly kind and fun to talk to. They all seem happy to work at such an awesome place. Plus, the latte I got was a 10/10. Will definitely stop by here every time I come through Kearney in the future.

Update: visited again, ordered something different and it was a great drink. The barista was friendly and attentive. The building is unique compared to the other competitors. I like how there is a big awning and flowers hanging as you drive through. The latte was good. I find this joint similar to CC’s (which is a good thing) in terms of taste. I’m glad I stopped. The gas station coffee in Ravenna had my face stuck in a scowl.

This was an amazing experience. The baristas were fantastic and friendly and welcomed us with huge smiles, even though they we getting slammed with orders. My husband had an oat milk latte and I had a dirty chai w/oat milk and the quality of both was fantastic! As an added bonus, the latte art was beautiful! 😍 We will for sure make it a point to stop here if we’re ever driving through again!

We regularly visit Barista’s, and their staff treats us with the personal touch of: “Hey Chais, how’s it going? Are you wanting your regular Cold Brew today - with no lid and no straw?” Barista’s is a part of our personal lives and professional lives. Recently we worked with them to help us promote our business, 24 Hour Tees. We gave out $500 worth of drinks to their customers and the Barista’s staff also handed out 100 koozies on behalf of 24 Hour Tees. We promoted it heavily on Social Media and Barista’s happily shared our posts to further promote it to their network as well. It was one of the best marketing tactics we've used for our business. We had the pleasure of being able to stop at this place as we went through Nebraska on a cross country trip. We tried a Tiramisu Latte and a Mexican Mocha and both were so well made! I also indulged in a classic cinnamon roll and was impressed on the frosting as some aren't as good. We are sad that we don't have this place in Michigan or we'd be there everyday!

My wife's drink had too much ice and the barista poured out a bit of ice along with her drink and poured in plain milk to top the drink off. When she got her drink back there was raw espresso covering the lid from it being set on the counter while "fixing" her drink. Batista's has always been our go too for coffee but this experience has disappointed us both. Hopefully it was just a stressful day for the staff and it isn't a representation of the businesses current trajectory.
