The night crew closing tonight were awesome. They all had great energy! Wish I could’ve got his name but the gentleman that made my bowl tonight didn’t rush me and was patient. Even went out of his way to make fresh cheese as they ran out. Great team, best location hands down

Amazing food as usual. Super nice server and very generous of what he scooped on our bowls. Will always come back. My kids and husband alway go to place for quick and fast dinner.

Food was good especially the bowls if you cannot eat tortillas. Some of the brown rice, flaky and moist. Beans rocked. I really enjoyed the new flavored chicken yum... Service was slow as some seemed a little confused. Floors were dirty and the trashcans were full.

I travel the country for my job and always eat at chipotle whenever I can. I came in after a long day and asked Joelle for extra rice. Hands down the best rice I’d ever had. Everyone had great customer service even after the dinner rush and I’m sure they were all tired.
Next time I come to Katy I’m definitely stopping by!

I’m new to this area and looking for good places to eat. I am such a fat girl at heart. I stopped by this location first order was mishandled BUT Marisol fixed the issue and exceeded my expectation. She made my good hot and fresh and so delicious! Thank you for fixing my issue.
