Was so excited to swing by since the Austin location closed. It's wild how crispy the wings are. I always order extra because they maintain a quality crisp even the next day. It's surprising to get such perfection from a chain restaurant. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Overall great experience. Did not give 5 stars due to the restroom. The urinal was in rough shape, the overall bathroom could have been cleaner, and the smell was a bit overwhelming. Not what you want as you're going back to your seat to eat.

An hour drive from Sugar Land was more than worth it for this restaurant! Me and a group of 5 friends found our experience at BonChon fantastic. From the moment we entered the restaurant we took note of the walls aesthetic designs. After taking our seat we were quickly approached by out waitress who provided us with great customer service. Our large order of tasteful tacos and drumsticks was not only served quick but paired with free extra fries. These fries were not only crisp but perfectly seasoned, and the tacos sauce complimented its flavorful beef with excellence. I truly could not find a weakness on the menu, every item felt as if it was served with care and love for each customer. Everyone should bless their tastebuds with this restaurants top tier quality. From my experience I can say this restaurant is worth the hype, worth the gas, and worth the price. I will definitely be back!

First time trying Korean chicken. Overall it was very tasty. If you like spicy, there is a selection that will have you sweating. I got the combo of drumsticks and wings. I preferred the wings because I was expecting something different with the drumsticks. The staff was accommodating and my order didn’t take long. The zucchini fries were so good! Glad I had a great experience and would definitely recommend to others.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a Bonchon restaurant known for its delectable Korean chicken, and it was an experience I won't soon forget. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting ambiance. The menu boasted an impressive array of flavors, each dish crafted with utmost care. The Korean chicken was a revelation—crispy on the outside, succulent and tender on the inside, and bursting with authentic Korean spices. The accompanying side dishes were equally delightful, adding depth and variety to the meal. Without a doubt, this restaurant has mastered the art of Korean chicken, leaving me eager to return for another unforgettable feast.

Wanted to try this place while in Katy. Had medium combo (wings and drums) with half and half sauce, with pickled radish and a side order of rice. The soy garlic was very good but the spicy was quite spicy and too much spice for my wife and I ate all the spicy ones. Liked the soy garlic flavor but it would be nice if they had more spice levels. They have other Korean dishes besides fried chicken, like bibimbap and bulgogi, which is nice. Service was fast and friendly. Overall it was a good experience.

Our experience was amazing! The bartender made us a wonderful ruby hurricane... just a little twist from the tropical hurricane that's on the menu! Please order one! Come back and thank me later! Anyway the staff was awesome, sweet, and attentive. Very nice spot to have a good meal and drink. Our food was delicious the korean tacos was a little spicy but that's definitely preference maybe. The overall taste and freshness was great. My waiter was new but she was the sweetest waiter ever! We will be back and I say if you're reading my review give them a try! And get the ruby hurricane! We had 4 total lol

The food is the delicious and the staff were friendly. It’s missing a star b/c the facilities could use some work. The floor was sticky and when we came in The tables needed to be wiped down although there were no dishes that needed to be bussed. The food was delicious! It does take time for some of the wings and chicken drumsticks to come out but it was worth the wait. The bathroom was clean however they ran out of paper towels and didn’t fill it while we were there. The staff seemed busy although when we first arrived there wasn’t many dining-in patrons. Is recommend this place and I’ll definitely be back! If the floor isn’t sticky and better cleanliness I’ll update my 4 star review.
