Ordered a large pho with brisket and steak 8/10
The broth was just perfect, not too salty.
Pretty good Vietnamese food. Recommended the papaya salad with shrimp and pork, Vietnamese pancake/crepe, BBQ pork Banh Mi sandwich. I like the Pho with the broth being pretty tasty but the rice noodles have a little off taste to me. Lots of space if you have a big party.
The chicken is on point. The pho was on point but needs some more noodles. The meat overpowers the noodles. The customer service is good. The fruit flies and flies are no bueno. May come back… again pretty good food, just avoid the insects.
This place is probably one of the best Pho places I have been to. I have never been somewhere that the basil is always super fresh and green! Their soup and food is not overly salty and everything is fresh and healthy. If you are out in Kapolie and craving Vietnamese food , you will not be disappointed!
We found this place a few months ago and have been back regularly since then. The papaya salad with tofu is amazing. It’s the best tofu I’ve ever had. We also love the crispy spring rolls and the pho. Super sweet wait staff. It’s become one of our favorites!
The vietnamese coffee was delicious. Perfect condensed milk to coffee ratio. . . But you'll like yours sweeter or stronger than me. The Pho was good. I had the combination beef, and the gf had the tendon. We liked both. We'll have to try it again and try something different in order to say I love(d) it.
Pho One is the cheapest and also best tasting pho in kapolei. We went there two nights in a row because it was so good! One pho was even enough to feed 3 people (we did take out both times and they give generous amounts of food). We also had their banh mi and their lemongrass chicken. We didnt like their lemongrass chicken, and their rice was really mushy. Their banh mi was very good tho! Could use more meat, but overall a very good and well-valued item. Overall, this place is spectacular, and I highly recommend this place.
Delicious pho restaurant with wide selection of phos to choose from, such as rare steak pho to a vegetarian pho.
Assorted raw bean sprouts and other herbs comes along with every pho on order.
The broth is light and sweet, which matches perfectly with the pho noodles.

Tofu vegetable pho, vermicelli crab meat broth
They serve food with fresh vegetables. I used eat pho but I ordered vermicelli crab meat this time. I expected crab flavored broth but it tastes tomato broth more. It’s good too but I expect seafood broth. Pho is delicious.
Amazing Pho. I can always count on a good tasting bowl of Pho at this place. Service has gone a little downhill. The pho is still good.
I really love the vegetable tofu pho. The tofu is firm, not tough and Actually has Flavor! The vegetables are plentiful and the broth is perfectly balanced. My favorite part is the amount of basil. If you've had pho in the mainland, you know they are stingy with the basil. This is my go to when I don't feel well, and I GoTo Pho One!
