Review Pizza Hut - Kapaa

Crazy wait time to pickup my online order that was already sitting there. Apparently, everyone was too busy attending to drive through customers. Nothing wrong in that but completely ignoring the cashier counter was something that wasn't well received by all of us who decided to park our cars and take our Pizza in person.

This is by far the worse Pizza Hut i have ever been to. Called ahead to order and paid ahead (which I now regret)....an hour later, no pizza. It seems like there are not enough people working on the pizza hut side of this place. Kevin was pleasant but obviously not equipped to handle this location. If you can, choose another location.

Apparently the order number for delivery is through corporate in kauai ? Very terrible stragedy since we ordered and waited an hour and a half for cold pizza, thought wed try again a week later and almost a 2 hour wait . Straight up 1.5 miles away from us. All I see are bad reviews too . Good job !

Slow, very slow. Was ignored for 30 minutes while waiting to pick up a pizza I ordered over the phone. It took almost an hour from the time I ordered to the time I got it. Kevin could care less. Maybe they were really busy, but from the looks of it they werent at all as there was nobody ordering anything from taco bell or pizza hut. And yes, the taco bell employees were more help than good ol' Kevin lol

Fairly disappointed in my transaction with this pizza hut tonight. Was told my pizza would be ready at 740. I got there at that time to pick up my pizza and didnt walk out with it until 810. And the guy that helped us was not polite or apologetic and mostly ignored us. Got the pizza home and it wasnt even exactly as we ordered is. Not very happy right now

Pizza hut, but slower. Their service drags. It takes them two hours to deliver to my house, less than half a mile away. Even pickups take up to 20 minutes to get ready. I'd rather drive to lihue for Domino's. It'll be faster.

Ordered Taco Bell and then 2 personal pepperoni pizzas for our last night on vacation in Kapaa. They had one already made and ready which we said we'd take and they were to make another one. When our order was up after 10 minutes, they only gave us the one pizza (the premade one). We said we were expecting a second one to be made. Our single pizza sat on the counter and we waiting another 10-15 minutes to go by for our second pizza. When we got home to eat it, we opened them up to see the most half-assed unappetizing pizzas ever made. It was the whitest/yellowy/old looking cheese and maybe 5.5 pepperonis that didn't even look like they were cooked. The cheese tasted completely off as if it had gone bad. It was hard to believe a Pizza Hut would even allow something with such poor quality be allowed to go out under its name. I managed to eat one slice out of 2 pizzas but was so turned off by it that we ended up just throwing it out. The wife wouldn't even swallow her first bite.

Placed an order online at 9:12p. It said that the order would be delivered in 20-30 minutes. We waited for an hour. No pizza. They close at 10pm. We called and was put on hold for 15 minutes. Then they disconnected us. Need I say more about their level of service?
