I came, with my wife, to watch a band play some live rock and was super impressed. Some original songs were the bomb. Great atmosphere! Everyone working was with smiles. Open floor plan, handicap accessible, loved it.

First time we went was for happy hour. We chose to sit at the bar at the last two seats available at the end. We had to shout out our orders. The Mai Tai was just OK. They have a nice selection of local beers. We had the Edamame and the Tempura Mushroom Bombers. Both were pretty good.

Absolutely amazing time at Dave's! Visited from sesttpe and was welcomed in woth loving arms great drinks and some awesome food. I stopped in here multiple times and everytime was fantastic.
This place is awesome. Met the owner, son and daughter. I can say the daughter makes a better drink . This place is for locals and my go to place next year

This place is a quiet watering hole and it has an excellent vibe and aesthetic. My wife and I stopped in here and were immediately greeted and treated like Ohana. Mahalo to Big Wave Dave’s!!
Glad to hear they recently re-opened. It has been a tough time on the hospitality folks. Come in for cold beer, cold Jaeger, and lots of laughs.
Great dive bar. We did not get any food, but the drinks were fair priced for Kauai and the service was great. Atmosphere was an awesome beach vibe. Want to return on our next visit to Kauai.
This place is american as the main land. Made us feel right at home. If you're a little country this is the place for you. Very relaxing and the locals are your friends. Just be kind and curious and pet the dogs. Enjoy people I'll be back around to say hey to Dave.
I would love to give this place 5 stars but they don't serve food! Their name is misleading. Good cocktails at a reasonable price but we were looking for food too.
