We got the tortang talong (eggplant omelet). It had peppers, onions, and green onions in it. It had good flavor, but I wish it had less of the eggplant skin. I got it with white rice, but after reading reviews, I realize I should’ve gotten it with the fried garlic rice. We also got the breakfast com
Good quality breakfast. I recommend the Spanish sausage and garlic rice. Really liked the hash brown and iced coffee here too. The pancakes were a bit basic but overall, excellent value for a breakfast in Kauai. So if you’re looking for ways to save money on food, this is the spot for you. Super fri
Great little restaurant, portions were the perfect size and the price was very reasonable. On the morning we went, the cook didn’t show up so a woman (I am assuming was the owner) took our order and cooked it for us in less than 10 minutes. The omelet was delicious as was the seasonal fruit. “Tortan
What a lovely place! The staff recognized all of the regulars and came out to say hello! We got some delicious and plentiful plates for breakfast... it was a great treat—try the coconut syrup on your pancakes!
Sooo good! Choice of spam, bacon or Portuguese sausage, I chose spam. Waffle was delicious with their coconut syrup. Fruit was so fresh and sweet. The staff is the friendliest too! Definitely returning on my next trip to Kauai.
My wife and I loved it. Quite inviting and delicious food. Portions were large enough to share. Don't miss it. They make breakfast with love.
Food was super good. Love eating at small local cafes like this when traveling! Try the Loco Moco
Very unique breakfast, they close early afternoon, soon be on the morning side of time. The marinated bangus and dried fish are very tasty. Be adventurous and try stuff you could never make. They have a garlic house sauce you have to request. Get the garlic rice, it's delicious. You probably can't g
Great food, generous portions, friendly staff. We went there on Christmas Eve, they were offering only breakfast -- the Adobo omelet with garlic fried rice was excellent. It's a very simple dining room; but we'll be back!
Don't miss this place. We're from Phoenix, so we wanted to try the local and Asian food. Both local and Filipino dishes are fantastic. Especially loved the BBQ pork on a stick, egg rolls and the Filipino chicken dish. Sorry, cant remember the name, I'm back at the resort. Going there for breakfast
Great food. Fast service. Very accommodating. I told them I don't eat meat and they suggested a substitute of fruit. I had the daily special and my husband had make your own omelet with a side of garlic rice. Everything was so good.
Breakfast combo was my favorite. It's not on the menu. The pancakes were amazing with cooked in bananas and fruit on top. You have to try these with the coconut syrup, delicious. The chef is the owner and she is a very welcoming. I would highly recommend this to anyone on the island for breakfast.
Me and my family come from Connecticut we travel the world eating great food. We stumbled upon this place for breakfast and found a gem. We all tried something different and the fish was super crispy the pork sausage had perfect consistency. The family is very nice and knows how to put out amazin
Had the chicken curry, tofu stir fry and lumpiang. Don’t let the homely interior fool you - the food is fantastic! Not only that, but the prices were great. We found it funny that the least expensive meal we’ve had on the island was also the most delicious. I’m pretty sure it was the best curry I’ve
We went for breakfast with our 3 year old daughter. The breakfast menus are tasting great and are plenty. Our daughter enjoyed the French toast. Good coffee and juices. Local atmosphere. Friendly people.
Great food. Unfortunately the AC was off and the halo halo dessert was a chunk of ice. So 4 stars but....my wife forgot her purse here and they kept it safe until we picked it up the next morning.
