5/9/22 5pm Lobby open 🤍 the wifi works well ♥️ freestyle machine is good, missing some choices though

The service is becoming increasingly horrible at these restaurants in the legends area. Today I ordered 3 4x4 and 1 biggie bag in my order. Instead I received 4 - 4x4 instead with half of the burgers missing condiments and or the veggies they are supposed to come with and no sauces for the nuggets

7/3/22 I know this location is horribly understaffed and that is not the fault of the remaining employees. Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Placed an order last week on my lunch break thru the app for curbside pickup. Waited in the mobile order spot for 20 minutes with nobody in the drive thru. Charged my card, nobody ever came out to give me my order or even say anything. Submitted a survey and eve

Very rude but I guess the phone was important forgot sauces. And starws.... Fries cold... And and forgot receipt had to ask for it.... Order number 3370 Thanks 😥 Jocelyn and Kimberly..... I will not be continuing to come to this Wendy's

Food was fine, but lobby was locked 20 minutes after the signs said the lobby opens. Could only use the drive thru. Someone was nice enough to let my mom go inside for the restroom when we asked them at the drive thru.

Super slow, unfriendly service, received incorrect ice cold burgers, no straws, barely warm, limp fries, no dipping sauce, no napkins.... The Coke was good though.

This location Is our favorite but today Torin was extra nice to us! Very respectful which is appreciated!! Thank u Torin for being amazing and effortlessly polite!!!
