What is the purpose of ordering on line when they consistently fail to meet the availability time? People getting in line always get order first. If you want your food available when they promise go somewhere else. This is my last visit here after waiting 20 minutes for my online order while watch

Greeted nicely and the food preparer was nice and pleasant. Food was good and portion size worth the money. The cashier neglected to tell me the total. Many tables were dirty and empty. No napkins were stocked In The dinning area.

One of, if not the worst Chipotle location in KC. Where do they find the people that work there…!? They just botched my order in more than 1 way.. and it was only a 2 person order. It blows my mind the lack of attention to detail that some people have these days.
