Burnt my breadsticks so I got to sit in my car an extra 13 minutes while they re made them. Meanwhile my pizza sat in the warmer. Yummmmm. What did they offer, sorry. Hope they enjoyed the tip I put on at checkout. They can give terrible service when you have already tipped 🤦‍♀️

Never again. Ordered delivery. Called when it didn’t arrive. Stated it was carry out. Went to pick it up and showed a screen shot of the order showing it was delivery. Had even paid a delivery tip. Was told it was my mistake, not theirs.

Well this time around my large cheese pizza and large Hawaiian was overcooked. The large stuffed crust I ordered was undercooked. And the pasta was burned in spots. Would love a more consistent fresh pizza/food quality

We normally love pizza hut however, this pizza was disgusting. It came out fresh (we actually had to wait 10min after it was supposed to be ready) but it was so horrible even my kids threw it in the trash after a few bites. We will not eat here again

I ordered 3 pizzas Sunday around noon. All three pizzas were under cooked. The crust was near raw in the middle of the pizzas. This is the 4th time I have had issues with this establishment. The other times I had issues, they did not create my pizza order correctly from what I put in the mobile app

Our free medium pizza was burnt cold and dry. The large Cheese pizza was cold and large pepperoni pizza was good and warm. I was disappointed that I had added a tip when I ordered…I’m not sure why all three pizzas wouldn’t be fresh and hot! We ordered pizza every week and sometimes twice.

They were late on the order and explained that the pizza was made wrong so had to remake it. That is ok I am thankful for the explanation and transparency. The pizza was late but we were provided a coupon for a free pizza due to the lateness. I will still continue to order from this location because

Pizza was fresh, hot, and ready quickly. However, it would have been nice if the pizza had been cut all the way thru. Neither pizza was sliced all the way thru the crust. That made it very difficult to serve and eat on the go.
