I had lunch around 1:30p and the drive thru wasn't too busy. I ordered a Large Fountain Drink, an Apple Pie, 2 McChickens, and Medium Fries. I was told to wait 4mins for the apple pie since it was in the oven. They delivered sooner than estimated. Everything that i ordered was hot and fresh and the entire process went smoothly in terms of everything. Especially, communication. I appreciate the people working here, they definitely do their greatest to get the job done. Awesome job team!! :)
This location has been solid for me for the most. The staff is usually friendly and the food is fresh. Sometimes they skimp you on fries by not filling them to the top.
You're just going to have to refer to the McDonald's on Independence for another review but overall you got the cheapest coffee and you're great once again kcmo McDonald's has changed my opinion of them all
Fries were cold but they are always cold and they definitely didn't add the extra salt considering I had to salt them again. Everything else was good. Nuggets were hot. Filet o fish could have used more tarter sauce, but I wasn't paying a dollar extra to make sure it was enough. Hardly any mayo on the special bacon mcdouble. Wasnt impressed, but I wasn't mad at it, I guess.
Food took a little longer than usual, but was super fresh and delicious.
Ordered in the app, which said both drive through and curbside were closed for pick up. Went to the store and the doors were locked. Fortunately, when I went through the drive thru, which was clearly still open, they found my order.
Erratic hours and unexpected closings are common at this location and have been for years; I'm just happy that they've gotten their order accuracy up, only one mistake every other order now, instead of every order.

I live very close and have been going to this McDonalds for years. I have to say that to this day, it is still my favorite location. My orders are consistently correct. The Northeast sometimes reminds me of the Wild Wild West, and unfortunately the employees have to deal with less than courteous customers and that’s putting it nicely. Also, my girlfriend says they always get her Iced Latte right when other locations would always mess it up and add flavoring to it when she would request it plain. This has been a reoccurring issue, and sometimes it seems like only this location get its right! Thank you Independence Ave McDonalds.
1 of the fastest McDonald's I've ever been too!
I went there around 3am-4am on a Saturday night. The food was great and the service was perfect. Best service I've ever had at a McDonald's, especially night shift. Those dudes are of the chains and hinges.
