I've been in the industry a long time. Recently I purchased a family meal and wasn't completely satisfied. I spoke to an employee and later a manager. They went above and beyond to correct any issues. It turned into a great experience because of their service. I will be back.
First of all the only reason this gets 5 stars is because the employee Sage went above and beyond to solve a ridiculous situation. If it wasn't for her this would be 1 star all day. I love their famous bowls, but they have gotten a lot skimpier with the chicken and gravy in them. Also, the corn tastes like it was dumped right out of a can. A big disappointment from what they used to be.
This was my first time ordering through this location and had an amazing experience! The two people working the drive-thru were great and I swear I was there less than 2 minutes due to how fast they had my food ready. Great experience and will definitely go back.
