We always have fun here. It's clean, we win, & I feel safe here. They offer self-serve drinks & I've never met an unfriendly staff member. I wish they had a few more food options for later in the evening, but that's not a deal breaker. Love going here.
The people and service are where it's at here. Love the larger video roulette area especially on weekends! This is a mainstay of Kansas City, rarely, if ever, go elsewhere. I have not seen the updated rooms but I heard they were also extraordinary Thank you Ameristar!
This is one of the nicest casinos I've been too. Very cool building architecture inside the building and a large gaming floor. They even have digital blackjack and electronic roulette which is rare for casinos.
The casino and hotel are very beautiful. The casino floor is smoking, but there is an entire second floor for non-smokers. On the casino floor, there are soda machines available for free Pepsi products. Alcohol is NOT free. You do have to pay for alcohol and it isn't cheap.
As truck drivers, the convenience of the location of this casino is on point! It’s right across from the Loves truck stop and I believe trucks can park in the casino parking as well! The atmosphere is always fun, clean & upgoing! They have 3-4 different food options (restaurants & fast food).
Visit with long time friend after trip to area. Was nice get away. Only wish would be a microwave in room to warm up leftovers. Room safe is great. Slept well on comfortable mattress. Had loud couple in hall in am but short lived.
We had a good enjoyable time at Ameristar Casino as there's lots of restaurants to choose from that will meet your needs. We had drinks & appetizers at the Amerisports Brew Pub which I highly recommend if you want to have some drinks, watch a sports game & then go gambling as that's what we did. The
First time at this location, we may return. We were here only for the concert however; may return again another time. What a beautiful venue. Had we known there were food vendors within walking distance of the concert. We would have had our evening meal at your location. Maybe next time.
Our room was a mini suite and was very nice, very clean. Comfortable bed, big shower, and covalent to elevators. Only downfall to the visit was the casino. Tightest slots I have ever seen, dropped 800.00 in several hours without any wins, the staff was not friendly, long wait in line for cashier, ne
The entire setup was breathtaking, especially with all of the Christmas decorations. The only suggestion I'd give is to make the entire casino smoke-free.
Went to play and possibly stay. Well. They are not affiliated with council bluffs ameristar. So couldn't use my comps. Front desk lady was so nice she helped us and we ended up staying the night.best service from any casino ever!!!!
Absolutely beautiful. Just like a casino in Vegas. The inside is amazing to see. I didn't have any luck but it was fun to experience. I highly recommend checking it out. You will not be disappointed
