Ordered an Italian sandwich during the lunch rush for pickup, it got mixed up with a wrap. Took it back and they took care of it Freaky Fast and were very polite. Great food, great customer service!
I give the food 3 stars because their chips and bread is a bit hard all of it and I don't really care for cold meat...I'm not a wolf...I prefer cooked and heated Meats ... that's why I Prefer Subway. I like Jimmy John's. Their sandwiches are definitely at the top of the sandwich restaurant genre. I do wish they offered a better variety of breads.

This was my 1st visit to the broadway location and the man working the drive thru window was wonderful. Maybe he was able to see what a difficult day I was having as my father had just passed away that morning. Although I was not talkative he was very friendly and tried to engage me in conversation
