Amazing! The best chichen tenders ever! Fries were very good, crispy and hot! And the sauce....O.M.G! The staff was great and very accommodating! The bathrooms even smelled great! Great training Kelly, you did good! Thanks so much for the invitation! Love you!

Tried it out tonight on opening night and it was just as amazing as usual!! Hot and fresh food, friendly staff and good service! Highly recommend for my KC friends who have never had it before!
Also, I bet my brother will be visiting us more frequently since we have a Cane's close!
Food was delicious but they are inconsistent with the cooking, depending on the time of day and how busy they are. Sometimes the chicken is cooked properly, other times the breading is not cooked all the way and falling off the chicken. Not sure if that is due to the mixture, the binder or just coming out of the fryer a little too early???
The chicken itself has ALWAYS been cooked properly, just the breading; which make for an inconsistent experience at this location.
The staff are always friendly and helpful, have yet to meet anyone that was rude or nasty.
So, this was an experience. I was taking my friend out to Canes because he’s never been before, we dined in so we could get the full experience. To start off, the employees were very rude, looking, pointing, laughing and being very immature and not professional at all. We ordered our food while being very uncomfortable by the staff, we then received our food. The food was hot and fresh, it was the best i’ve had by far. Although the staff was very unprofessional and rude we had an amazing time.
Food was hot, it was late so it seemed the food was being cooked to order. The staff was good, not super friendly but not rude. I'm sure they were ready to close. Stocking hadn't been done in a while, there weren't cups for ketchup or medium/small tops for cups. Overall I don't go for the atmosphere or service, I like the chicken and sauce.
This was first time in Cane's and figured it was just another fast food chicken joint. It is, but there is a different vibe from this place. They focus only on chicken fingers and that is it. The menu is limited to chicken fingers and a sandwich made of chicken fingers. The chicken fingers were very moist with a nice crunchy coating. The fries were fresh and the Texas toast was just right. The Cane sauce was good but not out of this world like others said it would be. I'll eat here again.
The food was absolutely delicious and speedy in the kitchen. My issue is with how I felt my order was being rushed and there was no one else in line at the time. Then going to find a place to sit there were no clean tables. I had to wipe our table down myself. The floor is super dirty. Crumbs and food all over even a receipt. I went to ask for a to go box and I almost fell because the floor had sauce or something on it that I didn’t see. I just recommend keeping your lobby clean. Especially the tables. No one wants to sit at a dirty table where someone else just ate their food before we do.
Food is always hot and fresh. My order is mostly always right. I would say 1 out of 5 times something is wrong, like missing a side of toast but other then that, it's a simple menu and the food comes out fresh so hard to complain.
When their chicken is cooking where the breading doesn’t fall off it’s the best chicken out there. But still even when it does it’s better than Sli* Chickens & the other chicken place. Canes is our #1 choice for fast food chicken strips.
The chicken was really good and fresh it was my first time going there and I really liked it, it is definitely a recommend place to go to if you want some good fresh chicken and some good bread I also enjoyed the bread I am a bread eater if it is good.. thank y'all keep up the good work!!!
Food is always very tasty and filling, so if this review were just about the food I would give Cane's a 5-star. However, this is about the location and the music inside was way too loud and awful. I mean they have an Elvis painting inside, shouldn't the music at least be decent?
The BEST chicken strips I've ever had ....they are full of good flavor, juicy , tender inside, and crispy but not too crispy on the outside!!
The closest strip to perfect I've ever had ...KFC AINT GOT NOTHING ON KANES
