Excellent subs that are prepared with care. And their gluten-free bun is one of the best! Doesn't texture like typical dry hard gluten-free bread. Hook and Ladder...great sub! Service was really good across the board from the order to pickup. Impressive experience. Will be back again.
I order the new garlic bread for my sandwich, this was the best sandwich ive had in a long time from Firehouse the bread was nice and soft basically toasted just right. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Definitely reccomend this location.
The app wasn't working right for our discount code on this visit. Manager asked to see my phone and he was able to correct the issue. Great food and service.
Restaurant was very clean, employees were prompt and helpful. They also had banter, which was fun to listen to. The food was fresh and delicious, as always.

Love the food but multiple times ive gone and either im deaf or they just dont even announce my name when my food is ready. I guess you gotta keep asking them if the food is ready if you dont want it cold
Food was good. Manager did a great job trying to handle all the business and a young gentlemen building sandwichs trying his best. Wait was a little long but I understand why. He was very patient,efficient and friendly through it all.
We really enjoyed the subs we got here. Made much better than the chain stores.
Gluten free was AMAZING!! Don't have too many gf sub sandwich bread places here. We have Jimmy johns Unwich but if we want bread it's not served at many places. Glad someone got on board and it's amazing and only $1.50 extra for gf bread!
