Ashleigh's pies are the best pies in KC, the chocolate cream is amazing, best I've ever had. Also her chicken pot pies are to die for--just scrumptious!! EVERYTHING she makes is just incredible!

Absolutely amazing! The best pie I've ever eaten. The German Chocolate is boss. The Key Lime is fabulous. And my roommate cannot get enough of the banana cream pie!

I received a key lime pie for my birthday and I must say that was the most delicious key lime pie. Every bite was wonderful. I will definitely try other pies from Ashleigh’s Bakeshop.

On our roadtrip from Pittsburgh back home to Colorado Springs, My partner and I stumbled across this wonderful bakery. Love the location!! We bought 4 different flavors and honestly can say these are some of the BEST pies we’ve ever had. You can taste the fresh ingredients in every bite. Homemade with love ❤️ I will absolutely drive back JUST to pick up a few pies! Can’t wait to try other flavors!!

Just tried my first ever Ashleigh's pie. It didn't disappoint!!! My husband and I tried to get a slice at Poppy's in Lee's Summit but they were sold out so we decided to just drive to Ashleigh's Bake Shop so we could try what everyone was raving about . We bought a berry patch pie . The crust was AMAZING!!!!! Honestly it was the best pie I have ever tasted. We will be back for more . So glad we found this bakery.

I happened to be in the right place at the right time and Ashleigh gave me a free banana cream pie. I'm not a fan of banana cream but wasn't gonna say no to a free pie. I'll cut to the chase... the pie was AMAZING!! Since then, I've been back to get multiple pies and every single pie has been DELICIOUS!! She bakes the best pies and is the sweetest person!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Oh. My. Goodness. The reviews of the key lime pie were spot on. Picked one up today for a birthday celebration and it did not disappoint. Looking forward to trying other pies from Ashleigh's.

Awesome x45. I am a pie guy and her crusts on the fruit pies are damn near strudel. So good. Don’t get me wrong the gram cracker crusts are good too, but try that after your first few traditional crusts. Warning: do not get a pecan bar. Hella addictive. I compare every single pie slice I try against this place and they always win.

The sweetest people I have ever met and the best pie I've ever had *chef's kiss*! I will for sure be coming back over and over again amd anyone reading this should too! Ashleigh has perfected her pie recipes, every pie is exactly how you anticipate that flavor should taste. Somehow they are not too sweet and nothing artifically flavored is detected. Every thing is fresh, served with a smile and genuine customer service. Her pies are styled with a delicious buttery flaky lattice crust, double crust or yummy whip cream topping. I recommend my faves the Peach pie & Banana Cream. I also recommend call in orders the day before just to make sure they have what you want (better value on a whole pie vs a slice).

Ordered a toasted chocolate almond chess pie about 48 hours in advance by text for my husband's birthday. It was super easy and convenient for me. The pie itself is divine. For the customer service, convenience provided and quality of the food I purchased, I am really happy. I'm sure I'll order again in the future.
