The Mixx - Kansas City - Photo album

The Plaza location surprisingly never has long lines. I get the Thai salmon salad or chicken sandwich on a pretzel bun. The food is always fresh. The half salad size is more than enough for one person in one setting. Pics included.
It was good. We're never been there before. I tried the street tacos and my husband had the club wrap. You order from a counter so it's like cafeteria style, but very good. It looks very nice in there. Quite a few tables to sit at. They have lots of options from bowls to salads and sandwiches.
The restaurant was relatively busy with several Togo orders but my food came within several minutes. I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Pretzel Chicken Sando with the soup of the day (Chicken Roja something). The soup was flavorful but not spicy. Not too salty either (there is a salt shak
Delicious!! We live out of state but come to KC every couple of years for chiefs and/or royals games. We discovered The Mixx in August and since then have been counting down the days until we returned in October. We went there everyday for lunch this visit. The rocket is the best salad I have ever h
This is my family's favorite spot in Kansas City for lunch. It's basically "build your own salad," and they've got a good sandwich menu for non-salad people. They make the salad in front of you. Fun and good.
It was GREAT! They have lots of salad options to choose from and a variety of dressings, so I will definitely go back. I tried for my first visit their Santa Fe chicken salad and asked for the dressing on the side.. just in case! Yum!! Can't wait to try the tacos πŸ˜‹
This is my mother's favorite restaurant so we went here for lunch. I had the classic blue & she had the Mediterranean veggie wrap. The blue cheese ailio spread on my classic blue was delicious! The blueberry kombucha was a bit pricey but yummy!! πŸ‘ŒπŸ’–πŸ˜‹
Always had great food and friendly service from these folks. Healthy options, tons of salads and bowls. Their falafel is GF and super tasty. Don't sleep on that Thai salmon salad, for real!
My first time visiting. Everyone was so friendly. The young man who made my salad was so kind and sweet. The young lady who rang you even helped me to my seat. A very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this place.
Wonderful food and service. Staff has always been kind and helpful. The food itself is particularly great and the menu offers a multitude of options including Vegan. Their desserts are also quite scrumptious. The dining area is wonderfully lit by natural light coming through large open windows and t
Ate here and we were able to sit outside. I got the Cobb salad and substituted steak with some blue cheese instead of chicken and it was absolutely delicious! The small salad size was generous and lasted me for 2 days. We also got the half sandwich with a cup of soup and the tomato basil soup was
First of all the food is amazing. I don't generally get the soups so I cannot comment on those but my favorite thing is the Thai Salmon Salad (made with arugula). Eugene keeps the line flowing, carmen is very friendly and Lundy will remember your name and order. Try the sweet potato fries. You de
This was our first time ever going to The Mixx and it was an amazing experience 😍. Great food πŸ˜‹
I ordered the Thai salmon salad and it was awesome. The full salad is HUGE so don't be fooled by the picture. The fish tastes fresh and the greens are crisp and delicious. I will definitely be back.
Always a go-to for work meetings with a vast selection. I’ve had just about everything on the menu over the years and it’s always been very good. Pictured is the Aloha Poke bowl.
Fun spot for a quick and filling lunch. The salads are immense. Glad I ordered the small one!
Get your fixx at the Mixx for incredible salads. We go there when we need to get an incredible β€œBIG salad.” Please bring one up north KC.
