Whenever I come to Kansas City, I always get Topsy's with my sisters! Their fresh limeade and popcorn is so nostalgic to me! Plus the ice cream is delicious! I will forever love this place, no matter what!

Located in a teeny tiny building on the Plaza next to a convenient parking lot. Even though the building is small, they have a nice variety of tins, popcorn and snacks available to choose from. The lady working there was nice but was having some issues with the credit card machine, I ended up paying

I don't know what they do to this popcorn to make it so fluffy and delicious, but it is addictive. The popcorn at Topsy's is amazing and it is a very welcome even if not needed surprise to get around the holidays. Don't even lie and say you don't like the caramel or cinnamon corn it is the best in town.
The Pecan Carmel popcorn is so delicious. It has large pecans in the bag and its even scrumptious if you eat the cheddar cheese popcorn together. You will enjoy the taste of these two together you can't stop until you finish the bag or the can it make you slap yo Moma its that good.
Love this place smells delicious and the KC blend popcorn just made my grandmothers day. Oh and try thr cherry limeade if it doesn't put a smile on your face then try the strawberry one!
