The food was amazing and the staff and service was off the charts. We left feeling so full and happy. The sweet bread rolls were so soft and fresh, we couldn’t get enough. I liked the blooming onion, it’s huge so make sure you got more than two people lol.
The sirloin steak with shrimp was good and I loved all their sides. Their loaded steak fries with bacon and cheese sauce was wow, and i enjoyed their mashed potatoes as well. The sweet potato with marshmallows was so good and huge too. Definitely recommend if you want a casual no fuss dining experience.

Today I went with the country friend sirloin with two sides of mashed taters.
She got the salmon with a baked tater.
I had the mango margaritas and she had the porch rocker.
Great server! Food was served warm and fresh, drinks cold and fair.
Came here for dinner and was seated right away. I got the 12 oz KC strip, chilli and rice. Asked for the steak to be cooked medium, came out more medium well to well done. The rattle snake bites were ok, but a few were cold in the middle.
The service was really good. Quick to refill the waters and ask if we needed anything.
They actually dance at this roadhouse. The one in liberty doesn’t ever dance, so it was fun to see them do it at this location.
Lauren was our waitress and she was phenomenal. Nice, attentive and swift. Our food was brought to us and it tasted fresh. Everything was good and hot and seasoned well. It was conveniently located. The premises were clean. I would recommend.
My first time trying Texas Roadhouse and all I have to say is DELICIOUS! Our waiter was very sweet and funny and the food was delicious, music is always a plus and I just overall really enjoyed my first experience.

Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident, and it left a lasting impression on us.

Everything is always great at this TR, but tonight when we visited, the experience was even better. This was due to our amazing server, Cassandra. With a decline in work ethic across our country, we witnessed this young lady working her tail off to make sure she was meeting every need--both seen and unseen. When she had fulfilled all of her tables' needs, she was cleaning THOROUGHLY--seriously, I guarantee that place has never been so clean--or helping her co-workers. She kept a smile and sweet spirit the entire time--even when she thought no one was watching. We were blown away by her, and we will definitely request her next time we're in!
Daughter picked it for lunch today. Got seated right away and had a great server named Kevin. Food came out right away even though it seemed like they were kind of busy. Not Saturday night busy, but not empty.
Got the combo appetizer to start and my daughter got chicken fried chicken while I got the KC strip in 12oz (pictured).
Fun atmosphere, excellent food, and stellar service! Never disappointed here. Their rolls are the best. Be sure to grab a bag of peanuts at the door in the barrel while you wait (if you aren't allergic, of course).
Emily and Diamond took very good care of us! The food was delicious, and staff was friendly. The wait was worth it, but a little long. Convenient that we get a text to tell us we're ready to be seated. The only complaint was how loud the music was. It was on a Saturday night though, so maybe it's a little quieter during the week.
