I put the wrong time on my order, I called to change the time and the staff worked wonders. The driver not only delivered my lunch early but in enough time for me to eat my lunch and return to work. Will definitely order from this location again.
This is a VERY busy location, particularly during lunch; however the staff is very efficient and wait times are very low. I've eaten here dozens of times and I've always had excellent service, zero mistakes with the order and as is the standard with JJ a great quality sandwich!
They got my order wrong but happily brought the correct one back to Children's Mercy where I was staying for my child. The delivery person was very polite as well.
