Wow! Truffled Eggs Benedict blew me away. My first taste and I could smell and taste the truffles. The peach danish was so fresh. Full Cooper bar. The bake house is in a wonderful old building in downtown KC .
Best eggs Benedict I have ever had. Yum yum🤤 next time in KC I will be there for breakfast again
Nice little place. Has kind of a hipster vibe. Pear danish was crispy and fluffy and the filling was very nice. Coffee was good and the chai latte i got with honey cinnamon was very good. I got the ricotta hot cakes which were fluffy and reminded me of french toast a tiny bit around the edges. The c
Food was delicious and different. Charming little place downtown. Would be nice if the parking situation were better, but that's downtown for you. I had the ricotta hotcakes and they were fantastic. Then I had a chocolate croissant and it was also delicious. My wife had some kind of fritters, maybe
This little eclectic restaurant has a variety of brunch and lunch options. gluten-free options. Very friendly and offered great suggestions. Wife has the corn fritters which she enjoyed. She also enjoyed the orange poppy seed cake. The Australian pie and quiches were very tasty but a little smal
I love the fresh delicious meal options here. The salad and black beans and zucchini fritter platter was very delicious. I love their coffee as well, it’s always made just the way I like it but my favourite item here is the chocolate lamington.
Cute little Aussie brekkie and brunch spot. They have both inside and outside seating. You order first, then take your number to your table of choice. The staff is super friendly and accommodating if you have questions about the menu. The mimosas, especially the guava was a great start to the day.
Absolutely the best breakfast we have EVER had! Pancakes take 20 mins to make as each batch is hand made from scratch but absolutely well worth the wait. My wife and I split them along with the breakfast burrito and they both were amazing! Clean place and friendly staff...highly highly recommend!
Updated, added a star. Had a great experience most recently. Original: I think you should visit Banksia. I myself didn't have a great experience today, but I feel like it was an isolated incident. The menu here is really broad, offering breakfast and lunch. I wish the portions were a little heartie
I’ve only done take out, but the corned beef sandwich is amazing. I will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!
I was visiting from Minnesota and stopped by for breakfast. The vibe is super cool and the outdoor patio is pleasant. I ordered the biscuits and gravy, which were delicious.(I’d order them again). I also ordered the eggs Benny which were a miss for me. Not the best or the worst. I would stick to th
I ate here four times on my recent business trip. It was outstanding!!! Both the sweets and the savory food were amazing!
Great and chill brunch spot. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with a lavender latte. The biscuits and gravy were a large portion and tasted amazing - probably the best biscuits and gravy I've had. The chai latte also tasted great and satisfied my craving for it. Overall, great service and food to en
Great little bakery and restaurant in downtown KCMO. We enjoyed the ricotta hotcakes and zucchini/corn fritters along with some yummy baked goods. Nice variety and great quality coffee. Love the outdoor patio too. Can’t wait to try their meat pies.
My fiancé and I’s absolute favorite place to go for breakfast! Everything here is SO fresh and delicious. We haven’t tried anything we haven’t liked yet. Our go to favorite is their biscuits and gravy or hotcakes for breakfast. It’s unlike any you’ve ever had before! Get the b&g with an egg!! For l
Lovely atmosphere and lots of unique items on the menu, however I must say that my husband got the biscuits and gravy, and it was the BEST I have ever tasted. The. Best. When he finished his meal, I took it upon myself to scrape down his bowl for one last bite, it was that good. When we return I alr
Amazing bakery and pastries. The croissants were the best I've had outside of Montreal. The meat pies are so flavorful. Good chai tea. Great atmosphere and service. Cute outdoor area for warmer weather.
Meat roll was spiced just right and flavorful. The flourless cake was surprisingly delicious and went well with the tea. I enjoyed the atmosphere there and the ease of finding a comfortable place to sit to dine. Will have to come back to explore the other items.
