Staff is always welcoming and polite. My order is always correct and served swiftly. The store is clean and organized. My only grievances are: the restroom is external to the store and the hours are severely limited.

We had the BEST experience today at this location! The people were very helpful and so wonderful to my 3 year old son. They asked him what taste/color he wanted for his smoothie and even gave him a cake pop. They made our New Year's Eve off to a GREAT start! Thank you for the amazing service!❤️

They treat their regulars amazing, and do a wonderful job handling the constant deluge of customers they get, even when they get burst of customers from events around the city. The service here is wonderful. No matter how busy they are, you will be greeted with a warm smile. I frequent this establishment daily because they deserve my business. There are 3 other coffee shops within a block of my work but I never go anywhere else because of the customer service I receive
Very nice location. Updated decor - kind of odd layout, but very clean with extremely nice staff. In the morning that means a lot. No yelling drink orders and such. Even with early morning lines, they move things along nicely.
Unfortunately there have been times I went to another starbuck's and they made my drink wrong. I was a regular customer at this location for over a year, and the staff always treated me good. Even if it was a bad day for them, they were still showing smiles with complimentary attitudes. I will always recommend this Starbucks to anyone visiting Kansas City, MO.

Although the lines can be long, the wait is quick! I'm from out of town and even though they only saw me a few times, they remembered my order! Kibler specifically went above and beyond. She is a great addition to the team.
My salted caramel frappuccino was Starbucks perfect. My coworker and I were in and out within 7 minutes. The only reason I'm giving a 4 stars was due to the lack of friendliness from the barista that were working. Made you feel like you were inconveniencing them by waking through the door.

This is a little corner coffee shop. I found a nice private spot for me but I don't recommend bringing a large party with you. It has a contemporary layout with good people viewing spots. The service was fast and the tables ,and floors where clean.
