Providence New American Kitchen - Kansas City - Photo album

HEY Kansas City! Let me tell you about a hidden gem in downtown Kansas City...You can find the Providence New American Kitchen inside of the Hilton President Hotel in downtown Kansas City. This kitchen is re-opening & has some SPECTACULAR items on their menu including: prosciutto pancetta, chicken w
We ordered the Brick Chicken, Clam Chowder and Side Salad. All three were excellent! The chicken had a fabulous sauce and crispy skin. Portions were good size.
We had the butternut squash gnocchi and the brick chicken. Both were good, but I would probably try something different next time because other entrees looked good too.

Every thing we had was amazing! Our waiter was attentive and personable (really funny) and I was never without tea (that's an important thing in my world). I'd recommend it any day!
Great food, but they were not aware that there were 3 conventions in town and they only had 1 server for the entire restaurant (who was fantastic). They are 2 blocks from the convention center. Not sure where the break in communication happened. Beautiful restaurant.
