Mudbug Cajun Po' Boys - Kansas City - Photo album

We have been wanting to try MudBugs since we moved up to the Northland 4 years ago and could never catch them on an open day. So glad we chose to try something new, when ordering the service was great! The owners actually cook your food, FYI! Like how awesome, a chef in the house!!! We got to try th
Had an awesome experience trying po boys, which we don’t have often. The chefs special Cajun mahi mahi was delicious and I liked the coleslaw and saffron shrimp on the toasted bread. We didn’t like the crab cake po boy because it was so damn salty, would not recommend as the sauce that was on the sa
It's definitely worth a try! The food was bursting with flavor, and the atmosphere was good. I ordered a shrimp po boy and some cookies. Everything about the meal was delicious! Overall, definitely recommend supporting this local business
I had the Friday special. It was creamy for the Kosla that they put on the Sandwich. The fish taste like it had been smoked. the Bread on the Sandwich was crunchy Fresh from the flat top with a with a garlic butter.
Great place! Very friendly staff with amazing food. I tried the basa poboy Weds special and was not disappointed. Perfect meat to bread ratio! Had a side of jambalaya with it! I'll be back! Really wish they were open past 3p.
KC PoBoy, Gumbo bowl, and Jumbalaya are 5 star. The chicken Andouiie was 3 Stars. Fries are good. Mostly absolutely love the staff and environment. Very kind and helpful for someone who doesn't know Cajun food too well. Environment is chill and comfortable. Will be back soon.

I chose to try a locally flavored Po boy and tried the BBQ sandwich; it was great. I originally thought it was going to be a bit dry but a
Things were really good there. The only problem was they were all too salty and loaded too much sauce. Actually the seafoods were full of umami and good enough to eat on their own. Too much sauce will just cover the flavor of seafoods.
Absolutely delicious! Stopped in on a whim after visiting the pet store next door and i think I've found my new favorite restaraunt! We got a seahogs poboy, redfish poboy and then a side of fries/red beans & rice. The staff was also nice enough to give us some samples of there jambalaya and gumbo wh
