I’ve always wanted to try a moon cake but with gluten and dairy allergies so far that hasn’t been possible. This tea house offers a gluten free vegan moon cake and it did not disappoint, it was so good! I’m so happy to have found this little gem. The teas were super high quality, the were extremely enjoyable despite being entirely unsweetened. The shopping here was so unique as well. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming

Very impressive experience! Attention to detail and willingness to please are evident. The ambiance and the quality of the products draw you in. The cold brew tea is delicate, yet refreshing, and the moon cakes complete the experience.

This place is soooo calming! My 2.5 year old got the lotus moon cake and loved it. It had a little bit of a peanut butter flavor and although he was unsure by the look at first once he tasted it he was sold! We also got two teas. Both were full of flavor and the people serving were so kind. As a mom of little kids a quite zen place was heaven!

Came across this shop by accident. It has such a lovely peaceful vibe. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. You have to try the moon cakes, they are delicious! I recommend lotus seed especially, or the gluten free matcha one.

Shang’s Tea is one of my favorite places to visit in Crown Center. Shang and his employees are very knowledgeable about tea and always friendly and kind. The moon cakes are delicious, my favorite is the lotus seed. A must visit!

Randomly stopped in here while visiting a friend and so glad we did! Excellent tea selection with unique options - the tangerine blossom red tea is fabulous. Also tried a red bean and chocolate mooncake which was delicious!

The very best tea I’ve ever had. It truly is amazing how much better quality tea tastes. Be sure to buy tea to take home. It is well worth the cost and many can be rebrewed once or twice.
Fantastic dumplings exceeded my expectations. Restaurant atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The owner is super nice and actually goes abroad at least once a year for tea harvest.
They also sell jewelry, tea pottery, and stone carvings here.

This tea shop is absolutely lovely. There are lots of interesting products to see besides the tea wall, including wall scrolls, jewelry, sculptures, and tea making/drinking accessories.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products, and quick to offer assistance. The food and tea serving area is nice and clean.
The tea itself is where the shop shines, though. This visit, I ordered the Honeysuckle White Tea, which had a delicate flavor but was really tasty. My past orders include the Jasmine Green Tea and the Tangerine Blossom Red Tea, which were all very flavorful in their own ways; I could taste that it was high quality tea that they serve.
I've also tried the mooncakes (offered here year round!) and they're very good as well, though they're a little small. If I recall correctly, it comes with red bean filling.
Honestly, this shop is a must stop for anyone who loves tea. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who's visiting Crown Center.

This is definitely a hidden gem! They have so many different types of tea, and all of it is grown from their land in China! They also sell teaware, Chinese art, and (my favorite) mooncakes. Everyone who worked there was so nice and helpful, especially Mr. Shang himself. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful too. I will definitely be back!

Check this tea shop Dim Sum out! Order online if you are not in the area. This is the best tea I have ever had the pleasure to enjoy. I will be ordering from them as of now. Their Jasmin is just to melt over. We went into their shop and the man that greeted us was absolutely wonderful. A man named Caleb sampled several teas with us and told us all about the man Shang that owns the tea shop and how this shop came to be. We were actually able to meet the man Shang behind this brilliant work of art. He was working as an employee and packaged our goodies for us. So down to earth and lovely place.

We drive an hour just to sit and sip tea in this beautiful shop. It's a peaceful environment and all of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The teas are fantastic and all of the food is delicious. We love the tea eggs, dumplings, and mooncakes. We enjoy talking with the staff, and owner, Shang. Definitely worth the trip to Crown Center.

I been walking by here for years. So today I had Time I stopped in. Kyle was very welcoming..And listening to what types I need in a tea. So I tried aged white tea. And a white Honeysuckle tea. And I bought Large Sitka Tea Maker.. Think I liked the aged better. But excellent service will be back

This is sincerely an excellent place to rediscover the patient art of tea.
The quality of loose leaf teas here is superb, and speaks of the passion and dedication of Mr. Shang (and his diligent staff) for the perfect cup of tea.
My family and I frequently enjoy a pot of Shang's white tea together most evenings- even the kids ages 5 and below enjoy the various kinds of tea blends we've purchased from here over the past several years.
If you are seeking a new discipline- to reintroduce quietness and sublime contemplation into your life in the midst of a harried and hurried world- having a quiet cup of tea after dinner (perhaps with some reading?) is a good place to start.
