Authentic no frills KC BBQ, one of my favorites. Lots of excellent BBQ to choose from in KC and this is a place that should be on everyone's list.
Very friendly staff. Very generous too. My first time there and they helped me with my order so I had everything I needed for 6 people. The food is amazing too.
Absolutely loved this place! It was my first time trying authentic KC BBQ and it did not disappoint. Everyone in my group was thrilled with the quality of the food and we talk about going back once a week! The Ham, Baked Beans and fried mushrooms were out of this world!

Amazing food! I said it was the best BBQ I’d ever had; my husband thought it was a little too salty. We agreed that the pork and baked beans were highlights. Friendly service, cleanish bathrooms, and just as advertised, a no-frills dining area.
Excellent stop on the BBQ trail! The pork sandwich was a double decker and was well worth it. I ordered the jalapeño poppers as an additional side and it came 14 to an order 14. At other places for that price, you may get 4. Fries were flavorful. Pork had a nice smoky flavor to it.
